Very nice little hotel, centrally located and close to everything, beach,shops,castle...owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with advice on places to visit and see. Room was nice and clean, furniture is a bit dated but functional, air-conditioning working very well and so was the WiFi. Beds were comfy,my daughter said she had slept very good😊, room was made and cleaned every day and all staff were brilliant. Breakfast was delicious,with local produce and very good Lavazza coffee. We had a really good time,and Ibiza is beautiful this time of year without the crowds. The hotel offers complimentary beach towels and shower even after you checked out in case you spend the day on the beach before going to airport. we could leave our luggage for our late flight. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and stay again

I can't fault anything

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's good value for money. Most notable are the team who run the hotel, they really make you feel welcome, offering advice on where to go. They offer beach towels and umbrellas as well as loaning sun creams. The Aircon was really effective If I come to Ibiza again I will stay here.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The rooms don't have great sounds proofing, but this is for travellers who are trying to keep their accommodation costs down. I know other more expensive hotels that are not as good.

We were a group of 4 friends meeting up for a few days away. This was a real value for money hotel, with breakfast included. It was basic but extremely clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They lent us beach towels and a parasol when we said we were going to Formentera for the day. Also, let us use the showers after we'd checked out, but our flight wasn't until 11pm. The location was great for exploring Ibiza Town and getting around. Handy bar/restaurant next door we we'd often pop into for a night cap on way back from evening out. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for value for money but want cleanliness and helpful staff!

Nothing - can't fault it for the cost. Oh, tiny note we didn't have hairdryers in the our rooms and this is on the booking.com facilities list. We didn't really need them so didn't ask at reception but it might be that you could request one easily enough.

The hotel staff are very helpful, they helped me with everything I needed. I needed a plug adapter and they lent it to me, I got burned in the sun and they saw how badly I was burned and offered me a moisturizing cream. My check-in was at 12:00 pm and my flight was only at 22:00 pm I managed to leave my suitcase free of charge and they even provided me with a shower so that I could travel in peace. Everyone willing to meet your needs and super polite, it was my first trip alone and I felt very safe in this hotel. The location is great, right in the center, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very close to the beach.

Location was perfect, there was everything we could ask for in walking distance. Staff were truly incredible and couldn't have been anymore helpful if they tried! Really liked the fact they were able to lend us towels and parasol for the beach. The shower pressure was amazing also.

Breakfast on the first day had a decent enough variety, but as the days went on there was less things such as the fruit and yoghurts. There was a bit of a smell in the room we stayed in but not a big issue to be honest.

Ideally located 3 mins walk into Old Town with lots of bars and restaurants, 5 mins walk to the port to get the ferry to island of Formenterra, 15 mins walk to figeratas beach for a swim, staff are friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was good watermelon and ham and cheese juice and tea and coffe, rooms have both fan and good air conditioning, 24 hr reception with water and alcohol available, comfy beds and pillows,will certainly stay again, beach towels and umbrellas available for free very handy

Honestly nothing, no lifts there only stairs but they aren't too bad, very manageable and I'm lazy! this is common in central location

Extremely friendly owners and their team, even familial, excellent service (including beach towels and parasols), incredibly clean, fantastic breakfast... in short: the place to stay (centrally located too)... and the requested taxi is at the door in a matter of seconds! The position close to city center and the port and close to the bus stop to the airport., The Hostal has nothing to envy to a great hotel cause it is very clean,, the room is spotless and they change the towels. every day.. Ramon and the whole staff are the best, friendly, helpful and if you need a good restaurant where to eat good food just ask them.. When I will come back in Ibiza my choice willl the same. None in Ibiza has a quality-price like them. Simply the best

We loved the hotel: the staff were more than nice and always very attentive to make sure you had everything you needed. They have a shower that you can use if you have spent the day at the beach and you want to take a shower before your flight. The location is great, reception 24h. The rooms are clean and comfortable, so it was worth the price we paid. I would recommend this hotel 100%
