Lovely hotel, 30 seconds from the beach. We were here 10-13th April and weather was perfect, sunbathed each day. Can hire beach towels from the hotel so didn’t have to buy/bring any. Also towels provided in room for shower. Room is simple but just what you need for somewhere to sleep and shower. Lounge area is nice, our room didn’t have a balcony so one evening we bought some drinks and sat out on one of the lounges balcony’s. 20 minute walk from marina and lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but nothing to really moan about.

Everything was great ! The location is perfect ; we have so many grocery’s shop and restaurants near the hotel, the beach is at 1min from the hotel and we have an amazing view from our room ! The beach is beautiful (sand and clear water). The room was clean and had a super nice view ! Maybe just a few things more would’ve been even better like a glass for the toothbrushes but nothing huge, we still had an amazing staying experience! The staff were the nicest !! We needed help to book activities (like jetski) and they’re so dedicated to help us ! Also we had an issue with new neighbours (because they made a lot of noise) and when we informed the staff about it they took it really seriously and managed to solve the problem immediately ! They made sure that everything was alright and that we had everything we needed ! I can only recommend this hotel ; localisation/ staff / cleanings / stuff around everything is on point ! You also have near by a taxi station which is very helpful and the hotel is 10min (taxi) away from famous clubs. Huge thanks to all the staff (cleaning ladies included!) but especially to : Alessandro, Juan, Teresa and Valentina for their help and support! Absolute angels !

We had such a good stay at suncoast Ibiza, we came here for 4 days and having been to ibiza multiple times before but never staying in this area, we really enjoyed it and would 100% stay here again. The location was amazing there was a taxi rank just opposite the hotel and it was only 5 minutes in a taxi to Pacha. It was right on the beach which had multiple bars & restaurants to choose from at night so everything was in walking distance. The old town was also very close and within 20/25 min walking distance with a nice scenic route along the beachfront.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about suncoast Ibiza however having a pool would have made the stay even better.

The hotel is really nicely located just in front of Figueretas beach (I could see the beach from my room!), it's about 10-15min walk to Ibiza town and the promenade, there is a bus stop for the airport nearby, as well as a taxi place, and a small grocery shop across the street where you can buy water, food, etc. There is also a direct small ferry boat to Formentera Island that leaves twice a day. Really nice promenade street with a few restaurants. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. The Reception is open 24h and also you can leave your luggage in a storage room when you check out. Room was clean and good value for money. People at the hotel are really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, I visited for a long weekend and really got everything I need.

Excellent location 1 minute from the beach. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a small fridge in the room.

20 euro deposit for safe key. There was no number combination on the safety deposit box, instead you have to carry a huge key with you or leave it at reception presumably(?). Also had to pay a deposit for to use a kettle, which wasn't a problem but there were no cups or mugs in the room. Also no tea or coffee provided but that's fine, we just bought our own instant coffee from the supermarket opposite.

The location of the hotel is really perfect. Everything was close. Very nice receptionist. The bathroom was the best, it exceeded our expectations. The cleaning lady came to clean every day. Overall the hotel met our expectations.

It can be seen that it is not a new hotel, but after renovation. Everything was fine except for the thin walls. We heard everything from the toilet flush to the sounds of cell phone alerts. I didn't sleep even once during my entire stay. We had a neighbor who snored so incredibly we felt like he was lying in bed with us. We were also a bit bothered by the thin single sheet for covering.

Such good value for money. The location is perfect, literally a minute from the beach with loads of good restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were lovely, smiles everytime we passed and it was nice having 24hr reception. We asked for extra towels are reception and literally 2minutes later they were dropped up. I would definitely return. Having a balcony with table and chairs was a nice addition.

The windows aren’t great so the noise kept me up at night. If they updated the windows it would be 10/10stay

The location was quite nice because you aren't directly on the playa d'en bossa, so it´s not as loud and as many peoples there. ( We were in October) And you don´t have to walk long to get where the most people are. It didn´t have a pool but thats okay because you´re like a 1 minute walk away from the beach. The room was simple and clean.

The only thing i didn´t liked was the smell in the room. But i think it´s because of the toilets not because of the cleaness.

The location was perfect, we had access to the City Center which was a 15minutes walk away. There were restaurants around the propriety, corner shops and ice cream place. Very close to pick up points for taxis, one right in front of the propriety and others around and not too far. There is a beach really close as well and a small port where our boat came to pick us up from. Propriety was very clean, there is an elevator, our room had a balcony with a nice view of the busy street. The room was spacious and housekeeping was very kind when knocking to request to clean.

Unfortunately we were not allowed to bring anyone in and they were stingy with toilet roll.

The perfect location, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches all at your doorstep. Only a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. The staff were very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms where nothing special but clean and newish. Great to have a balcony. The beds were relatively comfy. Changed bedding every day, which was fantastic. You cant get much better when it comes to value for money.

Nothing to complain about - we had a perfect stay.
