The tent was beautiful. Large, roomy, impeccably clean - it was such a nice place to come back to every night. The food provided by the restaurant was good as was the wine. It was well located - one hour walk from the El Zaino entrance and from Cabo San Juan.
The wifi was not reliable and when it did work, it was only really good for simple tasks (no video calls or streaming). Their vegetarian menu options were limited and could stand to be improved. They didn't provide too much in the way of instructions on how to find the hotel. Thankfully, I spoke Spanish and could ask for directions from locals along the trail, but this might not be the case for everyone.

The energy of the property was very strong because it’s full of nature, full of green and beautiful beaches around the property. Some of the beaches are calm and others very strong, you will find some of the beaches near to the cabins for example playa Arenilla is just 15 minutes from the property and others 30 or an hour walking it’s up to you where you want to go and how much you like to walk. It’s just an unforgettable experience.
I would like to say that the cabins doesn’t have internet connection however if your purpose is being disconnected and connected with yourself or with your couple is just perfect. I loved it

Suites had a lot of space, great view of the property and trees. The nearest beaches were nice, clean and a good walk away. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are also clean public bathrooms on the property. Fans in the rooms <3. Plenty of bins to throw your trash away. There is a safe in the room to lock up valuables. They sell mosquito repellent there if you run out. It is about a 45-1 hour hike to the establishment from parking but you can get horse service if available. Would recommend even if it is just to carry your bags (they will meet you at the final location)
I noticed there was only one mosquitera for the main room, if I was traveling with more people, would probably have to make sure to request more. Because we were going to the beach and hiking often, it would have been good to have two sets of towels as the one set we had got dirty pretty quickly. They also came into the room to clean on the second day when we were gone even though we didn't have the hanger on the door, which was fine, but would have been nice to have a heads up.

I got a good deal on the cabanas and felt lucky. It was pretty, I loved the balcony, and the bathroom was modern, clean, with great water pressure (albeit freezing). At night, they turn off all the lights outside, which is nice as it enables you to see the stars, but I couldn't imagine staying in those tents and trying to get to the communal washroom. Moreover, that washroom was alarmingly unsanitary and lacking in toilet paper etc. Overall, I was content with my cabana! The food was not what I had expected, but it was delicious and the portions very generous. Tip: Go to the beach for sunrise. Quiet and absolutely stunning.
I understand the limitations of the location, but it should be written that the wifi is spotty at best, but more so inexistant 90% of the time. It wasn't an issue, however I do think they should be straight forward with this!

After roughing it in a tent at Cabo San Juan back in 2016, I wanted a more comfortable experience inside Tyrona which is why I opted for the brand new glamping tents at Tequendama Arrecifes. The spacious glamping tent and private bathroom were pristine and admittedly too much space for 2 people (better for a small family or group of friends!) but we were happy to have a nice refuge after a long day of hiking in the park. We had power and a fan throughout the night which was a welcomed surprise. Everything was clean and there were 0 mosquitos or other creepy crawlies in the tent. The included breakfast was fine but I wish they had a better coffee system as the coffee line did back up quickly. It's an easy to find property right on the main trail - just remember it's at least a 10-15 minute walk to the first swimming beach.
Wifi log-in system could be improved - you have to ask a staff member to connect you to the internet on your device and I was dropped off almost immediately after locking my phone. I recommend checking your bed/tent before sleeping as I woke up with some small bug bits on my chest and back (my girlfriend in the same bed didn't get bit). You're in a remote national park so this is expected and did not affect my review of the property.

The tents were nicer than we expected. They were clean, comfortable, and decorated in a cute and charming way. It was such a fun stay. We heard there were bugs everywhere, but we didn’t have any in the tent. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The hike in was tiring, but nothing beats the location. It is such a cool experience.
The price was high for what you get. But we looked at it as though we were paying for the experience, not just the room.

The Location was ideal and the staff was very helpful.
We stayed at a bell tent which was very spacious and beautifully decorated, however the zips to go in and out into the toilet were a bit rundown and at the end got stuck! Also there is a lot of humidity. The included breakfast was not great.

Great location in the park. Obviously a bit of a walk to get there but then all beaches are close and you can enjoy your stay. We slept in a glamping tent, very comfortable and clean with our own bathroom.
Food wasn't great but that's a problem across the entire park. No issues with the quality (i.e. no stomach problems) but mediocre taste

Quiet location, although not exactly on the beach, but not far from it either and the walk is worth it. Friendly staff and clean premises, with a few cats and dogs around. :)
There's no hot water and this was not advertised anywhere. The included breakfast was fad. Being in a national park with so much focus on cleanliness and ecology, I wish there was a water dispenser where people could refill their water bottles instead of buying even more plastic ones.

Great location, in between the Zaino entrance and Cabo San Juan. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were absolutely excellent. they helped with every need or request, security guards escorted us a couple of times to show us the way to the bungalows and the beach, and they even helped my friend with her allergies! Dinner menu was also delicious, very filling and quite decently priced. Bungalow was very clean.
Biggest issue for us was the lack of proper signage. We were arriving there later in the afternoon and the signs don't say anything about Tequendama. We passed it and kept walking for a while before we found someone to let us know we needed to turn around. It was dark by the time we got there, which is not great. No WiFi in the rooms, only at the restaurant and lobby. It wasn't an issue for us, but worth mentioning in case you need it. Lots of bugs everywhere, but to be expected in the middle of the jungle! Lastly, no air conditioning, only a couple of fans (one extremely loud which makes it hard to sleep). I found it a bit hard to sleep with the heat.
