Close proximity to major landmark, shopping, restaurants and metro station. Hotel is about a year old so room, lobby and breakfast rooms are very new and clean. The entire staff, from reception to the very nice lady who made the breakfast, were so welcoming and friendly. We thought the bed was very comfortable, linens very nice and towels were thick and soft. Really appreciate the special touches in our room- personal welcome note and chocolates. Decor was boutique chic.

Slight CON to the hotel’s location is that it’s near a major street and in a busy alleyway so expect street noise; but despite this we would definitely stay here again.

All the staff at the reception are wonderful, very friendly and always very helpful. The rooms are spotless and a cleaning officer comes every day. If you want, they also leave you capsules for extra coffee. The location is already great, you are in the Champs-Élysées in just a few steps. We used Uber all the time to go somewhere, which was great. We also walked around the whole city. Also, the shampoo and shower facilities in the room are great, towels are spotless, linens are spotless, they leave extra water every day, which is great, in short, you can stay here without any hesitation.

For me, towels, slippers and dirty bags are very important, it would be nice if these were, but for some, this may not be an important detail.

The hotel is in the middle of the champ elysees. It is close to the franklin d. Roosewelt metro, and you can travel to anywhere you want from there. The breakfast was really good. Staff is really friendly and kind, they try their best to make your stay comfortable. Overall, great experience.

Room and hotel is really tiny, but they use the little space they had efficiently. If you have big suitcases with you, maybe ask for a room in the first floor just in case you can not use the elevator😊

Amazing location and the family suite on the 5th floor provides a balcony with a lovely view of the French street. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Two things: 1. Coffee-I don't know why but except for when we arrived we were never given any caffeinated coffee capsules again, only decaf, nor any milk. I asked at reception but was simply told we don't have any.. In desperation I took a couple of coffee from the machine at the breakfast space only to discover when we left they were 5 euros each! 2. The tap in the toilet is leaking. Didn't mention it at the time as it was only a small leak and I didn't want people in our room fixing it but please check it.

The interior design was great, the bathroom in our room was amazing, the room was a little bit cramped, but we understand that having something bigger in the center of Paris would be extremely difficult. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was pretty good with eggs cooked to order and the bed was really comfortable.

Housekeeping inside our room was really poor. They just emptied the trash cans and that’s it. After a couple of days one starts expecting some deeper cleaning, new towels or new sheets

The locations was superb, the area of full of restaurants as well and a close by supermarket, for a muslim, plenty of halal option were around, even during the winter season when i asked for the A/C to work, they immediately opened it, check in and checkout took less than 1 minute.

The biggest room i got was very small, but i got to know that these are the normal sizes in france and europe, and we are used to the UAE hotel room sizes.

It had great proximity to a lot of the shopping, food, yours etc. very central! Nicolas, Pat and Mohammed were absolutely great! very helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond. they made our stay comfortable, fun and amazing!

just wish the AC didn’t break down everyday and when we asked for the room to be cleaned they didn’t vacuum the carpet or wipe down the tables. the taxi that was ordered through the hotel for our excursion made us pay an additional reservation fee which was not bought to our attention prior, wish we knew ahead of time, it would have been nice. Butotherwise it was wonderful!

Best location ever! It’s located in the heart of Champs Elysees. Very close to all the shops and also the metro station. We loved how central it is! It’s also quite clean and well designed, staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in suite, so room is not very spacious. Toilet is quite small but again, the location is so central that if you don’t plan to spend too much time at the room, this is no problem at all!

The hotel is at a great location, very close to metro stations, lot of stores and restaurants. The room was great, very organized, clean, bathroom, shower, beds everything very good. The room was quiet and we didn't have any disturb. The reception people were very helpful.

Two suggestion are that could have a mini fridge in the room and more bottles of water.

1. Bathrooms were very nice -I especially enjoyed the shower. Good water pressure and more than enough warm water. 2. The rest of the room was very nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. 3. Breakfast was very nice. 4. Staff very friendly. 5. My biggest pro was what happened after my check out. I had awkward timing between when my train left and when I needed to check out. The staff graciously allowed me to store my bag in a locked room for the day. This was something I was concerned about and did not take into account, so there ability and willingness to help impressed me immensely. 6. The room is ideally located and within walking distance from some of the major landmarks. Also very close to the Metro which was also a helpful perk.

1. The room was very small. So I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. It was perfect for my weekend trip where I didn’t need to stay long in the room. 2. It seemed quite expensive for the room size. However that being said, the location was great and I guess that justifies the higher price. Overall however, these dislikes did not negate from my good experience. Overall still very happy!
