Location,cleanliness and kind staff of the WS apartment..In the morning someone will come to check if we're ok if there is any problem with our stay.We also feel very safe.😊👍

There is no washing machine in the apartment but this is not a big deal.And the noise outside because of some working men.

The location was wonderful. It was just in heart of the city and only few minutes walk away from Champ Elysee and metro station. The room was quit clean, full of light and well equiped.

The time we stayed the weather was record high. Therefore lack of air condition was a problem. However the biggest disadvantage was the lack of luggage storeage. We were adviced to put our bags to a luggage storage place, however it was full and the available one was quite far away from the apartment. Therefore we have requested extra one hour to check out in order to keep our bags in the room. Unfortunately it was declined and we had to go to the airport much more earlier than we had planned. Therefore next time we will consider to stay at a hotel rather than an apartment.

Fantastic location

Air con broken and no fan. 30 degrees heatwave so to be honest the room was way too hot !

The hotel is a bit like fort knox. One passcode at the street entrance, another passcode to access the building, a third passcode to access 6th floor and a final one to enter your room. Wi-Fi is lightning fast reaching 250MB/s in download and upload, very good for a Hotel. Room has a small kitchen which is nice. Location is very nice, very close to Av. Montaigne, a Five Guys and other services.

I found it very hard to find the entrance. On street level, there are no signs that clearly show where the hotel is.

Location, security, beds, etc are okay

AC system is not sufficient. Wifi is slow in our room but okay in the lobby area.

Its location is amazing, 1 or 2 min to Champs-Élysées. It was so clean and tidy. They were helpful and sincere. If I visit Paris again, I will definitely stay here 💐💕thanks

I wish they could help us store our luggages before check-in time. Still,

The apartment was super secured, nicely clean, and perfect for a family of 4. The staff was also accommodating. The linen and towels are just next door so if you need them, you don't need to call them. Best of all, I love its location. It's very close and walking distance to the top tourist spots in Paris.

The only issue we had was the shower knob. For some reasons, it was difficult to adjust its temperature.

The location of the apartment is amazing, behind the building is Champs Elysees , you have great restaurants nearby, it is a short walk from amazing views of the Eiffel Tower ( like 10 minutes - and then you only need to cross a bridge to arrive under the tower). The room was small but fully equipped, toilet was spacious and the bed was amazing- we had trouble waking up.

There was construction next to our building, but we tend to wake up early so it was not that bad (maybe late sleepers will mind it more).

Our original apartment wasn't available but we were put up in another of their places with no problems! Was a great position and lovely rooms.

Very good location close to bars restaurants, transports, shops, sightseeings. Very sweet room with great decoration and all the important accommodation. Has a fridge, central and extra heater which you can operate whenever you feel cold. Always hot water. Also iron, microwave were useful. The owners were answering through whatsapp immediately

I don't consider these as problems, as more of suggestions. You can add different shampoo and bath milk for a better quality. Also a minus is the sound pollution that starts early in the morning because of the renovation of a building near by but I guess you can't do anything about it. Thankfully they don't work on weekends so everything is quiet then
