Breakfast was a choice of simple Thai fare, we chose the congee and it was so homely and tasty. The place is suitable for those seeking quietness and peace in Ayutthaya, and who just want a comfortable place to stay that feels like a home away from home. The owners (a Thai couple) were also super friendly and we chatted with them quite a bit about their life and motivations for starting the place. We came a bit early on the morning train and they were gracious enough to let us do an early check in. Unparalleled hospitality and simply outstanding service. Thank you guys for your hospitality! I will be back again for sure.

Location was a bit far from the heritage sites, but I wouldn’t consider that a disadvantage. In fact, the further away from the crowds the better 😊

The owners are wonderful. The rooms are spotless. Excellent restaurant nearby. The owners also arranged a private boat tour for us, which we greatly enjoyed.

There are a few level changes in the room's floor, although not uncommon in Thailand, but it can be easy to forget about them in the middle of the night in the dark. Also, it would be nice if there was a bedside light that could easily be switched on and off from bed. These are minor details though for an otherwise wonderful place.

We were expecting a simple place to sleep just to break the final leg of our drive from the north - and what we got was a beautiful stay that exceeded all our expectations! The garden, the birdsong, the meditation house, the friendly owners…the children loved their bunk beds and we loved our comfortable double. My son and I are novice meditators and loved seeing all the quotes from plum village. The vegetarians in our group were well catered for, and we all felt very welcome, and relaxed. Thank you for a memorable final stop on our road trip!

Genuinely cannot think of anything

I like the concept and design of the residence. The location is great, nearby restaurants and easy to get to tourist places. Both owners and staff are all nice and service-oriented. Highly recommended for those looking for peaceful place to rest while visiting Ayutthaya historical heritage.

If I could say, breakfast could be a bit more variety or probably offering traditional food to foster its location and concept.

Our stay in Krodyle was great. Pan was very helpful and kind. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The atmosphere of the place is also very unique and relaxing. They have a few bikes you can use for free to go around the city. They allowed us to leave the bags after the checkout. It might be more expensive than other options around the area but it's worth it. Thanks for everything!

The only detail I would add is a mosquito net in the windows but besides that everything was great.

Comfortable and clean room, peaceful common areas where relax after a day cycling among the temples. Homemade banana jam prepared by wife of the owner for breakfast was delicious! The added value, however, is the extraordinary kindness of the owners, who provided help and advice! They went out of their way and personally bring me back to train station some medicines that I had forgotten! thank you so much!

The atmosphere was fantastic, being open air surrounded by trees made it very peaceful. Nice vintage-style decoration with wood furniture, hammock, etc. It feels like home ! Great to spend time in the common area with the group. The room was very clean. Like the rice tea and coffee served during breakfast The hosts were very friendly.

Minor things e.g. bath towel texture was really dry. Asian Breakfast (congee, bbq pork rice, etc.) bought from the market tasted so so. It would be nice if the host pick good ones or home cook - not necessary to have a wide variety - just a few good ones are enough.

Everything is so clean and even above my expectations. The weather was very humid during my visit in Ayutthaya but hotel kept bedding very dry and comfortable. The very corner in the room was so clean. It was a pleasure time to stay in there.

No elevator. We had 3 luggages and had to carry them to the room at second floor. This is not a negative point by considering the concept of the hotel.

An extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and cool hotel with a strong sense of design. The experience surpasses that of ordinary 4-star hotels. The bed is very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Definitely worth to stay.

If must find a point need to improve in my personal view: The room does not have a refrigerator, but public area has one, so should be ok.

It’s a very quiet and well maintained hotel, it’s not big but very nicely designed to fit the idea of “mindfullness”. We like the room which is very clean, simple but full of details, beautiful floor tiles in the bathroom, lots of windows to allow natural light to get in. There is a meditation room in a very old and traditional wooden house, just beside a mindfullness path, which allows guests to take a walk and enjoy the peace. We really like the combination of simple and minimalist design with the old and traditional environment. The owners are very nice also, always smiling and making sure we are comfortable there. Highly recommending!
