Went there last weekend for a quick family getaway. Their suites run the same cost as many other hotel single rooms, and are large, modern, and perfect for families. Big buffet breakfast including make your own waffles. Indoor pool. Really an excellent place. It was our second time there, and I’m sure we will be back. Hotel is very close to the highway when driving up 40 from Memphis, and next to Vanderbilt and the Parthenon.

The bedroom could have been cleaned better. There was nothing “dirty”, but there was dust on the tv/tv stand, and the tissue box cover close to the bathroom. Made me wonder what was dirty that I couldn’t see as well. Hotel parking is $40 a night, which is on the high end of average for Nashville hotels, and feels excessive, given that it’s not downtown. But there is street parking that is easily available over the weekends, so we just did that.

The suit was nice and the valet service the young man was very polite. I have nothing else to say about it.

The heated pool was the reason we chose the Hilton, but it wasn't what we would consider heated. Too bad there wasn't a jacuzzi. They advertise that you have an ice maker , but yet it didn't make ice. They do not offer any ice if you want ice you have to buy it in the marketplace. No restaurant, we knew they didn't have one but would have been nice if there had been. My husband is handicapped and our room was not close to the elevators. We checked out on Tuesday, it was too much for him. We needed to go home. I did find a contact on the floor behind the bathroom door and a label from something. My bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were too soft. We were disappointed for it being a Hilton. We will not stay there again.

The breakfast options were great and tasted delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The location perfect to get to Vanderbilt university yet close enough to drive to Music Row and other attractions.

I think valet should tell you that the service is optional and self parking is available. That was unclear to me when we arrived. The valet staff were friendly but I wish I was informed of the choice.

Fan in room was loud and never changed when temp was adjusted. Didn't like this at all. Every morning one or more of the breakfast items was just luke warm. It was prepared well just needed to be kept at a proper temperature.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was a good size even for our family of 6. Large seating area in the lobby for hanging out and breakfast time. We had a beautiful view. Easy walking to many restaurants.

The only complaint we had was a dog barking continuously for 45 min that woke us all up. The dog was about 5 rooms away from us and we could hear it very clearly. The front desk did take care of the problem when we let them know.

My room service was none to obsolete. If housekeeping shows up they should not ask do you need anything? They should show up saying we're going to clean the room. Also they shouldn't say just leave your trash outside the room if you like. Customer service and training is needed badly...

The first thing that bothered us was about the breakfast offering. Specifically, eggs. If you want to offer egg whites, then that should be an option. Scrambled eggs should be available each morning and it was not. Instead a processed concoction was offered. When I spoke to the kitchen staff about this they seemed hostile. Also frequently the coffee pot was empty. Finally, parking. The overnight fee was way too high, and we found out about this only later, I believe in small print.

The property was okay. I was disappointed that during my 4 night stay housekeeping NEVER came into my room. My trash cans www over flowing. Also, several lights in my room were Not working and despite reporting that again, no one came to fix them.

Breakfast was awesome! I loved the shuttle service you provide for free - this was a VERY BIG PLUS! Every staff member that I came in contact with was phenomenal! The smiles and friendly atmosphere appeared genuine - the fact everyone would take time to have a real conversation and laugh with us made me feel right at home. The room was outstanding. I appreciated the safety features of the elevators. The valet parking was such a convenience. Oh... and the Waffles at breakfast was delicious!!! I would like one now!

I was sad to find out there was no outside pool, but the indoor pool was great - just should stay open later for us night owls. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay!

Excellent hotel. Free shuttle within a 2 mile radius and valet parking with the most lovely valet staff. Large hotel and immaculate. Excellent size suite room with two huge televisions! And an amazing breakfast - lots of choice in a large dining room. Good gym and swimming pool with ample towels. Maid service daily which was a lovely surprise!
