Quite a cozy, neat and tidy room. The room and bathroom had all the expected amenities. I was in fact given a room first that I couldn't get into because there was something wrong with the digital lock. I called the customer care and they quickly resolved the issue by assigning me to a new room.

The only thing I couldn't get to work was the heating. I'm not sure if it was me or if it was the heating itself.

Great stay over to visit dortmund. Free parking in the neighbourhood and easy access to the center with public transport. Also close to the airport. Friendly staff willing to help out

The room seems to have a slight molt or leakage problem. Our messages via booking.com were not answered. Via WhatsApp we got a quick reply

The location was great. Close to the city centre and very close to public transport stations. Very comfortable beds. The cleaner ladies were very polite and positive. When we needed help the owner was very quick and polite in response.

The codes for the door seemed a bit too obvious, but there is a video overwatch on the staircase.

The property is clean and comfortable. What I really liked is the self check in with the PIN code, since you can arrive and go whenever you like.

It is a bit difficult to find a parking spot, often you have to park a few streets away from the property.

Location and checkin are super. So comfortable beds and bathroom. This is my second stay and I can only recommend. I was able to checkin a bit earlier, which was great. I live in the area and I love it, everything is nearby. The complementary coffee feom the downstairs café was also great.

It was clean also the stuff was clean . The room size was big enough for three people. The staff was very friendly with us.

I like the location and it was quite calm and peaceful.

I was surprised at how new and nice the room was. I used to live 2 minutes from this hotel (?) so location wise I think it's perfect. There's a cafe downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch and drinks - pretty nice place. Bed was comfortable and the checkin was seamless.

Nothing much. But would like to mention that there is no staff, as everything is automated through entry codes. Was perfect for me, but just in case permanent staff is important for someone considering the place.
