perfect , latest trendy design room, comfortable bed, 3 different size pillows, king size shower , no oldfashioned hotel room cabinets, only open shelfs, with hangers, which fits to the new trend breakfast is amazing, the choice is much wider and top quality , than excepted my top favourite, freshly peeled pineapple slices, location cannot be better, just 100m off the main highstreet , walking street, with all shopchains we know and big department stores the coffee fellow athmosphere was perfect in the lobby, coffee was fine and the barista lady did my flat white in a drinkable heat, as I asked her all in all it is a new trendy mixture, a coffee with a hotel, we will always come back when in town, or coffee fellows hotel is in our target destination

Totally recommend the place. In the middle of everything, the very center. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and nice place. Big rooms and huge bathrooms. I asked in advance to provide a small present (a beer and a card) as it was my husband's birthday and they did! It was a great surprise for him! Thank you host! 😊. Delicious breakfast, options for everyone. Liked the healthy option!

Unfortunately we had to leave at 6am and breakfast to-go was not available at that time since the cafe were breakfast is served opens at 6.30.

Selfservice check-in worked perfectly, nice and quiet, with great breakfast in coffee bar at ground level. We booked room for 3 late afternoon, arriving in evening when reception was closed. All fine however room was not setup for 3, no sheets available for 3rd bed (sleeping couche) unfortunately. But, great service from hotel manager who arranged refund afterwards without any discussion. That s what I call great customer service! Certainly coming back!

Very clean, nice and cozy room, just above a coffe shop. The location is very good, right in the city center, just next to a shopping mall and christmas market. Online check-in and check-out possible in the app. Didn't have breakfast included but was passing by and it looked nice.

The bathroom was clean and big, but freezing, no heating at all, so it was not too comfortable to be there.

Can walk from central station to the hotel. It takes about 5-8 minutes. Shops and restaurants are nearby so very convenient. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel reception is inside the coffee shop. Hotel rooms are located on the 4th and 5th floor. There are other offices and companies in the same building but we don’t need a key card to enter the hotel levels. The main door to the hotel rooms was opened during my stay. And I couldn’t lock the room door so I was quite anxious at night. I woke up a few times when I heard noises.

This is my second time here and the first time I enjoyed it so much with friends, that I thought it would be perfect to take my family. We went to the Christmas markets which are right outside the hotel. The hotel room was huge and so was the bathroom. The room was a tad cold but it's winter so it was fine and we had great bedding and blankets. The breakfast was fresh and abundant and the coffee was PERFECT. Staff packed us breakfast for early departure and we were able to do our bags before check-in so we could see the city carefree. We had an amazing time and I would stay here, again and again, any time in Dortmund.

Pretty much everything. The establishment is of great standard. the staff is really helpful and kind, and the location is more than perfect. And I really appreciated vegan options for breakfast, as that's not too common (well, perhaps in Germany you're doing better with this, but that's not global standard yet). Thanks!

No such thing really. One detail maybe – the system of the whole sends a lot of e-mails (in doubles) prior to the arrival and after the departure. First – you might want to limit these a bit. Second – please provide them in English, it was frustrating not to understand what you are writing to me. :)

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom incredibly modern and clean! The continental breakfast was on another level, healthy and gourmet! I would definitely return, if back in Dortmund.

There was a liquid stain from a cup on the side table, next to the bed on arrival. But this didn't affect my general thoughts of the place 🙂

The location is crazy good, right off the main square which has the most giant Christmas tree in Germany this year. Around the corner from a great shopping mall, 7 min walk to the football museum, train station, and airport bus, and walkable to all sites and sounds - this was the best hotel to stay at for a weekend stay in Dortmund. So many great restaurants and local beer bars you cannot be disappointed, and do not miss the Saturday morning market one square away, to get fresh food, coffee, and even beer and wine before noon! Fabulous place! Solid breakfast with the best coffees you can find in town, and you can have as many as you want - they're included in the Breakfast, We'll be back in December once the decorations are completed and the Christmas markets open. I can't wait to take the kids here! Magical place.

Nichts!

Nice hotel right in the hart of Dortmund, on the mail square of the christmas market. Parking can be used 200 m away in a public parking. Big room and modern bathroom with rain shower. All spot on and close to the main shopping street. Breakfast was also good and the selction was fine for us.

I found the city tax a little expensive with €4 pp.
