The reception area was very welcoming and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area and beach were great. Very well organised and the staff were very helpful. Appreciated the complimentary suncream!

The room was nice however our room could have done with some maintenance. The shower door didn’t shut properly and the wardrobe drawers were low quality and difficult to open and shut. 2 bottles of water were left on the side - I find water bottles left in the room are normally complimentary in hotels, especially with the cost per night, however these had a small tag on saying they were $7.50 per bottle!! Near miss.

Location and nice quality feel

I asked for a break down invoice of extra costs on departure. They said there wasn’t any? I said there was as I’d parked, had some drinks, resort fees etc. reception insisted there wasn’t any extra charges as it all paid? 3 days later money was taken from my card. I have no invoice to check if it was correct and know if I have been charged correctly.

I love the location & also the grand look of the hotel as you coming up. It really made you feel like you were on vacation.

Some things in my room looked a little outdated as far as furniture and I’m not sure what would you call where the tv was located. But the mini bar area was a little disappointing from that standpoint. My fridge wasn’t cool/cold at all and again that part of the room seems a little outdated for the type of money you spend. Other than that I have no further complaints or dislike

The pool area was wonderful The room was decent and with basic amenities, but i was happy enough location was fantastic

The checkout extension was very poor. For 4 hour extension a full day charge is really not such a great idea. They disconnected my wifi the moment i checked out (gave a poor feeling) though i could use some of the facilities till i left the hotel at 5 pm.

Fantastic service from the reception staff through the valet and porters. The suite rooms in the St Moritz tower are sizable and appear recently reconditioned. My young daughter loved the pool area! Valet service available.

The onsite bar was expensive! Beer is about $12!

Sadly there was a convention for trial lawyers taking place which commandeered the bar area and turned it into a no go area for anyone else.

Beautiful grounds; lovely and spacious swimming pool; excellent breakfast; friendly and pleasant staff; ideal location.

Some of the features in a room can use an update (ie the tub, the rug); the hotel is prone to nickel-and-diming you (for example, for a room with 4 guests, you can get a bed-and-breakfast package for only 2 of them; the hotel offers a s’mores experience, but it costs $18 to make a single (!) s’more; the hotel umbrellas are free by the pool, but not by the beach, etc); the hotel can invest in nicer toiletries; and this is silly, but still — our room only had one trash can, which we ended up carrying from the bedroom to the bathroom and back.

The location was amazing, right on the beach and close to Ocean Drive. A busy, but laid back atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool was fabulous, we can recommend The Lobster Benedict. Had a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed after a long flight from the UK. After two nights we headed to Port Everglades for our cruise.

A long wait a reception to check in, especially when you are tired after a long flight, same checking out. Small room overlooking a huge flat roof and apartments, but you could see the sea, comfortable though.

You can’t beat the location, great amenities, the staff was amazing and everyone was so kind. We requested a mini fridge + microwave since we our a family of 5 and they were so nice to accommodate us. Someone from the staff even sent us a complimentary Charcuterie board with champagne for doing a kind deed. Coach played games with the kids at the pool and made free balloon animals which our baby loved. It was all such a great experience and we felt so welcomed. Didn’t want to leave!!

It would get hot in the evening even with the AC as low as possible. I also believe it has to do with the way our windows faced the sun and believe it’s also pretty normal for south beach. Next time I’ll bring a portable fan

We stayed 2 nights in a partial sea view room after we decided to upgrade our hotel at short notice due to the hot weather and wanting a pool. This hotel had amazing service, laying out sunlounger towels, Iced water stands, free suncream. The food at lunch served to our sunlounger at our request was the best burger and salads we had on our entire trip and no more expensive than other restaurants around. The pool was busy but clean. The beach is lovely and sunloungers are free but you need to rent umbrellas. Pre-booked breakfast only covers 2 adults so will need to pay for others in your room. Having not been aware of this before, they did let us use all 4 prebooked breakfasts on just one morning as they basically use the cost of breakfast as a room credit. The breakfast is expensive so we didn't have both mornings, it was good though with freshly cooked eggs. With good quality hot food Buffet, pancakes and full continental options. It's within walking distance of the art deco hotel strip.

Would be good if they covered all guests in the room for breakfast rather than just 2.
