we ate at Il Becca . The Italian restaurant in the front of the 4 seasons. The food is very salty. the services were excellent but the food was not that good

Breakfast was amazing, great selection and quality of food. Staff are very accommodating. The location is good for Chapultapec but you'll need to get a taxi to Roma and Condesa. We arranged a guided tour to Teotihuacan and the guide they provided (Francisco) was unbelievably good.

They will charge you the most expensive rate for breakfast (which is not included in the price of the room) even if you don't eat from that part of the buffet. The hotel will charge you a handling fee for taxis and other services (I don't know if that's common in North America but wouldn't really be where we are from).

The place is just wonderful.

There was a lot of noise, like a vacuum cleaner or some sort of motor on and off the whole night, we couldn’t sleep until 5am. We were too tired, and we didn’t Figure out what that noise was or where it came from.

i like the athmosphere. the garden. the lobby. the setting

for a 4 seasons hotel the wine list is very poor. also the quality of food at the restaurant could be better. when we needed a taxi to the airport the hotel only offered their cars at a price 4 times of the normal taxi. that was no customer orientation

We had a fantastic stay in Four Seasons. This hotel is excellent in all regards. Very clean, big room with a super comfortable mattress. The staff was very kind and helpful. They even have an option for guests to communicate with reception via the app, which was a great feature. Hotel is located just 5 mins walk from the entrance to Chapultepec Park. We also highly recommend the ancestral massage from the SPA.

Some of the accommodation areas and rooms need to be refurbished for newer look as some furniture seem old . Am comparing to other Four Seasons I’ve stayed in in other countries

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The courtyard was beautiful and almost all hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

I didn't have a great check out experience. The gentleman that checked me out was very unhelpful when I asked a couple of questions on my invoice and seemed more interested in other guests whilst he was looking after me.

Second stay in a year. The hotel is perfect. They were so kind to us once we checked out and kept our bags. The food there is also wonderful. You do not feel like you are eating in a hotel.

The whole building is really chic and unique, the smell of the lobby is really fresh! I love the perfume so much! Also, the garden is so beautiful! The staff here are super nice, from doorman, front desk, concierge to restaurant staff. They all provide excellent service and really considerate of clients.

The property is good, perfect for me. if have to mention one thing, that will be the hair dryer… the current one is not good, hope it can be improved a bit.
