Great location, spacious, clean.

The lack of AC/heater. Temperature was cold at night and I wasn’t able to warm up the room. Sometimes the security of the place felt intrusive.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was wonderful, offering a great space to cook and heat up food, which made my stay even more convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

While there’s was no AC in the room, the fan was sufficient to keep things comfortable. Although the fan didn’t work the first night, the staff was quick to replace it

Great location. Close to major spots in CDMX. Beds are super comfortable.

They make you sign paperwork including the right to charge you up to $2,500 pesos (125 USD) if you stain the comforter, sheets or towels. I found this excessive and unwelcoming.

Location is good, close to attractions . Security is efficient, two elevators , clean linen , big comfy king sized bed

There was no aircon in the room . The microwave is placed very high ( hard to reach for smaller people ) No dishcloth / washcloth for dishes.

I like the kitchenette that the room has. Restroom was nice, low water pressure on the toilet, staff was very friendly, good wifi connection, bed and linens were very comfortable. Everything was close to the location.

The channels on the television were blurry and bad quality, there was no air conditioner, only a stand up fan, I stayed for over a week and that was a huge deal for me. Other than that, very secure and very nice.

The receptionist and maids were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation is very well located — central area with easy access to transport and restaurants. The room was very clean and has great areas. The bed is quite big and comfortable. The wi-fi is very good and having Netflix on TV is always excellent.

At check-in we have to sign a contract with too many rules regarding towels (I found it too strange, but it leads me to conclude that many guests steal or destroy towels...). The shower is a disgrace (but I didn't actually find a single good shower in Mexico!...)

Very clean and extremely well located. The beds are comfortable and the staff nice and helpful. Parking works very well too. Good spot for the price!

Wifi wasn't great and I had to work through Zoom meetings. However, the staff moved me and my partner to another room, which had great Wifi. So everything was fine in the end!

Excellent location. Take a right out of the front door, and the street leads you into Zona Rosa with all the restaurants, bars, shops and clubs.

This is not a complaint but be aware that this an apartment not a hotel, so there are no hotel amenities.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Great service! Excellent location!! It's super close to Chapultepec and the angel! Lots of convenience stores around, lots of coffee shops and restaurants! 10 out 10!!

Honestly everything was smooth and good! We like everything!
