We enjoyed the bar/restaurant in the evening for a few drinks and darts. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There is ample parking for Big Rigs onsite which makes this an excellent alternative to spending nights in the truck while having to lay over in Moncton or do a reset.

It would be nice if the hotel offered "Trucker Rates" like other hotels in the country that are close to truck stops. This hotel is very near the Petro Pass Truck Stop and offers an excellent alternative to spending the night in the truck. Although the price is reasonable if booked online, it would attract more truck drivers if there was a financial incentive and posted advertising at the Petro Pass to accommodate truck drivers from away. The dryer in the laundry room could be fixed since it seems to take forever to dry laundry.

I relocated from another hotel in Moncton to Days Inn due to its cost and location. Given some negative reviews I had read online about Days Inn, my expectations were modest. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the great ambiance of our assigned room. It was exceptionally clean and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot sauna, swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. I look forward to visiting again.

I did not experience much empathy from the staff on duty when I arrived at my room with my kids, wrapped in towels after coming from the swimming pool. Our door access was not working, and we were unable to enter our room, which was quite far from the Reception. I called the reception, explaining our situation, but despite our predicament, the receptionist insisted that we come to the desk, even though we were not properly dressed. After waiting for assistance that never arrived, we had to go to the Reception Desk ourselves to get another access card for the room. This was a disappointing experience, but aside from that, we enjoyed our one-night stay.

Close to everything very clean and comfortable

they no longer accept debit/ visa for deposit and only credit cards , not everyone out there owns a credit card , I use to work at the days inn in Saint John nb , and I love your hotel / breakfast but the only down fall is they no longer expect debit/visa for a deposit witch makes it hard on everyone because not everyone has a credit card , but besides that the breakfast was awesome the room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and thankfully they did except my debit/ visa for the deposit so we were thankful all and all very good experience ☺️

Paid for king suite in the details when booking hotel says private entrance ,when we arrived there was no drive up private entrance room like that ..took a queen private entrance and there was a price difference and the lady at the desk says well it isn't that much So I got the cheaper room and had her refund me the difference ,then walked into our room to the smell of moth balls and something very musty ,smell was so bad we requested another room after moving to second room we had a good stay for the 3 days we were there.

The bed & bathroom were clean and had a backdoor for taking dog outdoors so it was very convenient for me. Also they provide a nice breakfast.

I had texted the hotel 3 previous times but my room was still not ready upon arrival so they gave me another room. Not sure how clean the carpeted floor was since people could enter directly from street. No entrance mat. Door step covered in dirt.

TV signal cut out a few times, came back quickly No kitchen supplies - no glasses. cutlery. plates - nothing - only a micro and fridge - it should be noted in the room description. because usually when there is a Kitchen there are a few supplies I was not told about the $200 security deposit charged to my credit card. I had to ask for clarification after being notified by my CC company. Not a problem BUT I should have been told about it at check-in.

The rooms were nice, and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub are each a good size and warm. Breakfast was extensive, and there was lots of seating. The room had lots of extras that I appreciated, like: iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge, ice bucket, hair dryer, warming lamps, safe, work desk, comfortable lounge chair, etc. We appreciated the long hours for the pool. When pools close early, we often don’t have a chance to experience them. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of this hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant (unplanned) stay.

Central, easy to find. Kids loved the pool & adults the hot tub. Loved breakfast was included too

Some major potholes we hit as we checked in after dark. they need to be marked. no towels at pool, told at front desk?! So walk through hotel wet to desk? People holding tables at breakfast that weren’t even eating yet ,,, so no tables available to sit and eat for people w/food. When asked if we could go to our rooms to eat her answer was i dont know …. ok

reserved online and paid extra for a room on the ground floor with outside entry as my wife is disabled. Initially tried to put us on the 2nd floor which my wife could not access. They corrected it but do not know why it occurred, and had to wait 10 minutes as previous customer also had problem with incorrect rooms. Also can't say much about the food for breakfast and no silverware for probably 15 minutes.

Property was conveniently located to all of our adventures. We stayed 4 days, we are a family of 5 on a budget. Easy access to the Hwy. The Hotel itself is a little outdated (carpets, old paint, outdated furniture) which didn’t bother us as long as it was clean. The room, beds and bathroom were clean (NO bed bugs was a huge relief). The pool was fun for the kids, but definitely needs a good scrub (looked very dirty) again it didn’t stop the kids from having fun. The room key would sometimes have to be reset to open (minor inconvenience) not a big deal just a little extra walk to reception. The staff were very friendly from front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff, very helpful. Breakfast was very good, shout out to Patricia who would greet us every morning with a smile while making us the best morning breakfast Omelettes. So delicious! Overall we were happy with our stay and will definitely consider going back to this hotel if we are back in town.

The Pool needs to be properly maintained, clean the grime off the sides.
