I loved the magnificent view from my room, the location was brilliant and the staff so friendly and helpful, especially upon arrival when we had a little issue that was solved inmediately

Stay was too short

Room was ok and breakfast decent

Only 4 lifts, very slow and very lucky if you even got one even after waiting 20+ minutes, no good having to walk up 10 floors every time we needed to go back to the room

the staff especially laura on reception. the food and drink was excellent. great snacks through the day.

not the hotels fault. every time we come to benidorm we like to feed the street cats. but found out you get fined €60 if you do. i would appreciate if your manager could contact the mayor to discuss. as i have contact him 6 times now no reply. its disgusting in this day and age.

Very spacious room with a decent size balcony. Beds very comfy. Shower was of a very good quality. Breakfast had lots of variety and was able to get a table without too much trouble.

Check in took over an hour. Was queuing for ages. It seemed to take a ridiculously long time to check people in. There's no bin in the room apart from a tiny bathroom bin. And when I had my room cleaned, they didn't remove any of the rubbish that I left neatly on the side for them to bin so it was just sat there.

The location was excellent. Paid extra for family suite which had 2 rooms and kitchenette was amazing loads of room to spread out for cases etc. Also had free taxi from airport to hotel so well worth it.

Dinner times were a bit chaotic with long queue for hot food but saying that it is a busy big hotel and was peak time as half term and is fairly typical of most other hotel restaurants in Benidorm we have stayed in unless you are paying a lot more money.

We had early flight and ask if it was ok to get breakfast reception said yes but on morning we wasn’t allowed to eat without a slip from reception we was finally allowed to have continental other holiday makers were all inclusive and didn’t get even a cup of coffee

The location, the pool was lovely with ample sunbeds. The food was lovely and staff very nice. Our room was great and comfortable

I paid more for the hotel than previously quoted at time of booking. I only noticed when I got home and saw my credit card statement. I've tried messaging booking.com without any luck and I've emailed the hotel but not received a response. Very upsetting.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast. A really good pool area. Comfortable beds. We were only there 2 nights so can't give it 10 because I don't think it's long enough to see everything but we're back in March. We didn't see why it would get the bad reviews

The luggage room was heaving and we found it difficult to get to our bags out when we were leaving.

Modern style, evening food and snack bar were good and varied themes for evening each night, entertainment throughout the day for adults and children.

Beds are uncomfortable, spa area needs repair and renovation, desserts seemed to be more aimed at children and could do with more variation, lobby bar should have more flexible opening times, drink system with tokens was an inconvenience.
