Location was great, the staff were all very nice, friendly and efficient. Evening entertainment was fine, quizzes, singers. Guest areas were clean and comfortable.

The room was incredibly cold. We had an accessible room as my mum is in a wheelchair. It was a room that was previously 2 separate rooms and had been knocked into one, so was very large. However, the heating system was the same as my friends single occupancy room. The bathroom was like an icebox, and our used towels didnt dry. Every time we used the shower the water leaked out on to the floor in front of the bathroom door and it was like paddling.

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean and bright. Check in nice and easy. Room lovely, Dove products in the bathroom so they was a nice treat.. chose it because of the location. Right next to Morgan Tavern/ Neptune's and The Western Saloon so it took us minutes to get back..... our Room was at the side so not too noise from the bars. Breakfast was spot on.. can't complain for 45 quid a night b&b

The hotel was really clean and tidy and such a nice place to stay. The staff were exceptional. My dad had medical emergency and one of the reception staff helped us to order a new blood sugar testing machine to the hotel as we didn’t understand the Spanish lady on the phone. For this I can not thank you enough !! Would definately stay here again !!

Nothing bad to say about the hotel

We have stayed here before, The food is always good, the staff are pleasant, Located in the lively part of town, though just a few minutes walk to the beach and promenade areas. we go all inclusive, but people we have spoken to say that the drinks prices are reasonable.

My only complaint is the entertainment sometimes is not too good,

Great location. Friendly efficient check-in. Clean room, comfortable beds. We were able to hire mobility scooters.

A bit noisy on the balcony, but that's to be expected in such a busy location. As there weren't enough spaces for all the mobility scooters, we had to charge our's at a location a short distance from the hotel. I have a rollator, which I attached to the back of my scooter and used that on the walk back to the hotel, so it wasn't too much of a problem.

Location is absolutely superb!! We got here early and checked in - leaving our luggage safe!! The rooms are spacious with great balconies and the Dive toiletries a great touch!! Ladies you only need to take conditioner! Breakfast was lovely everyday - plenty of hot choice and cold such as pancakes, fresh fruit and cereals! One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a Spanish hotel!!

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort and good Pool Area. The hotel was extremely quiet even though it was immediately on the very busy strip of Benidorm. Most of the staff were excellent too.

There was on particularly rude member of female barstaff, who was repeatedly trying to drive people out of the bar area even before it was due to close a 1am. Even to the point of throwing plastic glasses at a table of 4 of us, with just a mouthful of drink each left at 12:55 on the terrace one night

Everything, Hotel was great, cleanliness, staff, maid service, pool area, terrace and seating areas, and the food was arguably the best ive had in all my stays in Benidorm. Location perfect Ticks every box.

The only thing our group found on a negative side is the hotel would work better if it had been built with a couple more lifts, the wait can take a while when on the upper floors, mainly at meal times though. Hindsight hey!

Everything was lovely in the Hotel. Bright and cheery and a beautifully thought out decor. Air con and fridge was a godsend especially after the heat we had last week. Free products in the bathroom although we did bring our own but will know for next time. Hotel In the busy part of Benidorm but not overly noisy. Adults only makes a lot of difference around the pool and restaurant areas too. All the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not like some of these hotels where they look at you like something they've stood in. We would definitely be staying again. Thank-you

Only thing I would say is that people who are staying at the hotel, should be able to get a seat be for people coming from outside to see the show, me and my wife cane up from dinner and could not get a seat to see the show
