"5/5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, perfect for two people. We were pleasantly surprised by how big it was. The location was also ideal - just a short walk to the metro station and bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from Maria, the owner. She was so accommodating and helpful, providing us with everything we needed and more.And the cherry on top was the delicious food at the restaurant downstairs. We enjoyed every meal and snack we had there - yum! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and delicious stay in Naples. The host was extremely friendly and nice. She showed and explained everything in the apartmant and in Naples. The included breakfast was excellent. The rooms were really clean, the bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. In addition, the apartment's location is excellent since it is situated on the main train and bus station.

We stayed 1 night in Parthenope's home and it exceeded our expectations. The hostess Maria is a very kind, welcoming and hospitable person, at an instant she makes you feel like family. She kindly agreed to store our suitcases before the check in so that we could visit Pompeii stress free. A great location is another big advantage of Parthenope's home. It's literally a few steps away from Garibaldi station with many shops, cafés, restaurants and various options for city tours. Alibus (airport shuttle) stops right there as well. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the view through the small balcony. Small tip: take a chance to have dinner at I Sapori di Parthenope, excellent service and delicious food

The location is very near the central station of Naples and the communication to any place is easily accessible. Maria is an incredible host. She will let you feel like home and is very helpful. If I go to Naples again I will stay here.

The cleanliness of the room, the location of the building to restaurants and train station and most of all Maria. Maria was a very lovely lady who takes immense pride in making sure her guests feel welcomed and taken care of. We were extremely impressed with her and her staff. We would definitely stay with her in the future when we return to Naples.

-Best possible location for transpositions. 50m from the Central Station (metro, trains to other cities and all kinds of shops, even a supermarket in the Station). Also, station for the bus from/to the airport at the same place. Most daily tours etc start from that place. Bus stations nearby, as well. - The lady who welcomed us and gave us the keys is the kindest and sweetest person. -Clean room. -New towels every 2 days. -Wifi was fast and stable. -Balcony with view of the city.

-Area seems to be not the best one. Nothing bad happened to us (or saw happening) but you need to be careful. I have to say that there was police patroling the place in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants full of people till night are located next to the hotel, so it's not dark or deserted. -Building is old, but no real problem. -The lady doesn't speak English, but was so eager to communicate, that in the end we had absolutely no problem!

The location was very convenient for us because we had to travel by train (we arrived late at night and departed early in the morning). It is also walking distance to the old central part of the city. The staff receiving us, Maria, was extremely nice and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us with our requests. We travelled in July and it was extremely hot weather. So, it was great to have air conditioner in the bedroom. There are some restaurants at the street and even a pharmacy, which was very convenient. The building was interesting and representative of some buildings in the city, with a courtyard (even though the building should have some renovations). Nice windows.

Even thought it was easy to get in touch with the staff, the communication was sometimes not 100% easy, so google translate was a nice tool to help here (as well as our skills in Portuguese, with some similarities with italian). Even if the area feels quite safe during the day, it is not so nice in the evening.

Maria the owner is simply amazing. My flight was delayed by 8hrs and she kept asking for update to make sure she was able to welcome me even in the middle of the night. The room is always sparkling clean and in a very convenient location to go around the city or to travel to and from the train station

Absolute nothing.

Maria (the host) is an absolutely wonderful. We could check in after the official time and she stored our bags for free. The hotel is very central (2 min away from the central train station). The room is giant and you have AC. Definitely try out the restaurant practically underneath the B&B (also called Parthenope). The pizza and pasta is the best in the whole of Italy.

The location is great, as it is right next to the metro line and the Napoli Central Station. Lots of options for food, including a very nice restaurant run by the owner of the B and B. Very spacious rooms with plenty of sunlight. There is comfortable homey feeling about the place. Mrs Maria arranged everything nicely and caringly.
