The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ravi—he's a true gentleman with great suggestions. A really nice guy! The train station is conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to visit Pompeii and Sorrento.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was no fresh fruit or vegetables available—something as simple as tomato slices would have been appreciated, along with a selection of fruits. The options were quite basic, consisting of coffee, cheese, ham, salami, scrambled eggs, frankfurters, crackers, and two types of croissants.

Ideal Boutique occupies a great location, just across the street from Napoli Centrale station, within Piazza Garibaldi. Loved the large hotel room that included a dresser with large drawers and a large wardrobe but still had unoccupied space to fully open a large suitcase on the floor. Superb, firm, comfortable mattress. A refrigerator with freezer in the room. WiFi worked really well as did the air conditioning. Breakfast on the first floor was okay. A small grocery is about a block away, and Ristorante E Vicchiarelle is a must-visit on Piazza Garibaldi, just steps from the hotel. The grilled chicken along with sides of zucchini and of grilled peppers and eggplant parmigiana were amazingly tasty.

A negative was the discovery of a few ants in the room and a minor dirty spot on a pillowcase. Not sure whether this is representative or simply a one-off: life happens, creatures find their way into most residences and perfection is a rarity. I did report to the receptionist, on the morning of my departure, the discovery of where ants were entering the bathroom through a hole, and she did report this to hotel management, which is what I would want as a response. Had I been staying more than 36 hours I'd have requested a new room, but this was a quick stay and I was out of the room for much of it.

Super close to train station, metro station, and pick up spot for tours. Room spacious, we had a private balcony. Coffee machine in the room which was a plus.

Toilet would randomly run all the time. Lots of sketchy people outside train station, would not have felt safe leaving hotel at night if I wasn't with my husband. About a 20 minute walk to the safer, more touristy part of town. Overall, Naples was the most unsafe town we visited. However, if you are mindful and keep your head on a swivel, you'll be fine.

Great for overnight night transit stay, right beside the central railway station. Room was comfortable and clean in a newer build hotel. The young man at the front desk most personable and helpful; great customer service!

It was a little on the higher price end, but as I needed to book something at very short notice due to a nationwide train strike disrupting my plans, then it was actually the cheapest for this style accommodation.

The hotel is close to the train station and the airport bus stop. Under the hotel, there are several coffees and restaurants if You'd like to grab something to eat. The room was well equipped for an overnight stay (fridge, safe, hairdryer, mirrors, capsule coffee machine, hangers for your clothes). The balcony was surprisingly big. We stayed here for a night to catch an early bus to the airport, so it was perfect.

The area is generally not the best, but I never felt unsafe because the cafes and restaurants nearby were quite packed until late. The bathroom is relatively small. The air conditioner made a strange noise during the night but it wasn't disturbing.

Location just beside the train station was very practical. There was many restaurants and grocery store near by. The place was clean, cleaned every day, comfortable

The noise level is just ridiculous. I had read about the fact it was noisy in the reviews but I am a city girl and used to quite some noise so I was okay with that. But here… it is at a completely other level! You can hear everything happening in the street. Somebody going in the trashes, people talking, restaurants staff displacing chairs. etc. I actually got up a few times because I thought the window was opened. But nope, it was well closed. I would have been in a tent and I think the insonorisation would have been the same. Anyway… it makes you dépendant of what is happening outside! Hope for a quiet night outside or bring earplugs. Everything else was fine.

It is nice one near everything but need more improvement to keep people enjoy more.

It is a great property but it need a small refrigerator in each room and a kettle to heat water and drink tea, also it is good if they have a fielding machine to drink coffee and another one for snack

The hotel is great value for money. The location is great, everything is really clean and the rooms are comfortable. We also found all the staff to be really kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely book again if we return to Naples!

Some more fruit at breakfast would be nice.

Location was phenomenal! If they had had a breakfast set-up, I would have loved to try it. The balcony attached to my room was so great! loved the complimentary coffee they offered in the room. The restaurants and coffee houses right on that same street is a dream! Likewise with public transportation! The staff was extremely helpful in booking a cab for an early morning flight.

I would have appreciated a breakfast option. There should also be some sort of loyalty insentive. I see myself returning, and would like to know that they know me.

Lovely tidy room. No street noise. Best shower I had in Italy. Staff were friendly. Excellent location only 2 minute walk to train station and taxis. Very close to Spanish Quarter. Was able to leave luggage before check in and also after.

Hard work to carry a heavy suitcase upstairs. The website said they offered an airport shuttle but they don't.
