4 days of Breakfast buffet very good- bacon or sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, make own waffles, oatmeal bar, cold cereal, yogurt, toast, oranges, juice and coffee. Not heavily processed/packaged food. Great details- nightlight in bathroom and light switch lights up, bedside clock visible from 3 sides, drapes close well, good thermostat, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of towels and pillows, extra blanket available

Staff were all good at their jobs but seemed tired so not as friendly or outgoing- especially for Montana standards. No Gideon Bible in room.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. There was an issue with the hot tub during my stay, they were having troubles keeping it hot. With that being said, they didn't close it, and they were working on it right away. Within an hour that night, they got the heat back again. The following morning the issue had come back, but the maintenance crew had figured it out, and would come back every 15 minutes to reset the heat until it was permanently fixed. Most hotels wouldn't bother having their staff spend so much time on it, they would've simply closed it until an outside vendor fixed it. The hot tub was one of the top reasons I picked this hotel, so for them to work so hard to keep it at temp was greatly appreciated. The hot tub also being open until 11 not the typical 10 was also really nice.

As said above, the hot tub was having issues staying hot. With that being said, being open 24/7 you're going to have some occasional down time for maintenance that can't be predicted.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The hotel was clean. It was good to have a microwave oven and refrigerator, and nice to have access to a pool and hot tub. It was great having a thermostat control. Coffee was good.

I'm unsteady on my feet and it would have been nice to have a hold bar in the shower. Breakfast was decent but the scrambled eggs weren't so good.

The breakfast was well stocked, the waffles smelt good, I can’t have gluten but it was nice to smell it walking into the lobby. I had yogurt, juice and coffee. The breakfast lady was really friendly for 6am

The bed seems to be just sitting on the frame and was very loud when my daughter moved to get comfortable

The breakfast was awesome! The staff kept the food stocked well. The bed was soft and the mattress had bedbug covers on them :)

The room wasn't ready for my arrival. Check in was 3 and I arrived at 5. Not major, but a bit of an inconvenience. Plus side to the wait we got cookies! Also the counters in my room were dirty.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The location of the hotel is too close to the freeway and a busy inter section. We didn’t sleep well at all. We heard several guests at breakfast talking about it as well.

There wasn’t anywhere to hang a robe or the towel while showering. Our biggest concern was how noisy our room was. We were in room 413 and it was like sleeping on a race track. There isn’t any sound barrier between the hotel and the freeway. The second night we slept with white noise from our computer. We had a problem with the AC in our room and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Breakfast suggestions: )although I know you can’t please everyone) Oatmeal, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, toaster for toast or English muffins.

The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of choices. Beds comfortable and it’s new and good price. Guests on second night were loud outside late u til early morning. Wondered about security. Friendly staff and would stay again!

Loved that the staff were ready for us, we had 6 rooms, the keys were ready, rooms big and we were greeted with much kindness!

They ran out of things needed for breakfast; such as plates, yogurt, syrup and coffee cups..they were waiting for a truck to deliver the items

This is my FAVORITE place to stay in Great Falls!! Great location, very comfortable beds lots and lots of modern touches.

The bathroom was very clean but not as much water preasure as I like.

The rooms are so spacious! Very helpful when traveling with a family to have more space to spread out.

Breakfast was over picked cause they couldn't keep up with all the sports teams they had staying there that weekend.
