Convenient Location. Spacious parking lot where there is always room for a car and it's not far from the entrance. The room has a balcony (if someone likes to smoke). There was a bathroom in the room.

We checked in in early November at 9pm and the room was as cold as it was outside. We turned on the heater, but it took so long to heat the room that it seemed to reach the desired temperature only in the morning. I would like the hotel staff, knowing that people will move into this room, would turn on the radiator in advance.

Good location next to the University of Twente campus. Very clean, good facilities, lovely restaurant, games area (pool and table football), friendly staff, large and nicely decorated room.

Very little. The water was a bit hot in the shower, even at lowest temperature. Breakfast was expensive so we went around the corner to another place. It always surprises me the price of breakfast in comparison to room rate, but this is common to many hotels.

The location was easily accessible to key areas without having the nonsense of having to be in the middle of the city. Also the convenience of free on-site parking was a big bonus considering how much it costs for overnight parking in some random multistorey with no affiliation to your hotel.

A beautiful hotel based on an 1830s building, in a quiet location outside Enschede, near some beautiful walks. The meals were outstanding, and the waitresses and staff were most attentive and friendly. An excellent sized room with a patio to enjoy the sun. Free parking was much appreciated. I will definitely be staying here again

Really nice place to stay, i made a mistake with the dates and arrived a day early which the staff there corrected without fuss (greatly appreciated), bar and restaurant staff were also excellent.

It's a bit out of the town which means a taxi or train ride although we enjoyed the place being in a quiet spot except for the football fans for a nearby game who were good entertainment to listen to apart from the loud techno music which was an experience 😂😂😂😂

We liked, the room organisation and the furniture. This is cosy and the room is on 2 floors, giving a place for sleeping and a place for working/living. Also, it is easy accessed by road.

I was disappointed by the beds. They were too soft for my comfort. And a detail, the coffee expresso machine was not working and not fixed during my stay there (I asked on first day)

Great for the local university, and great onsite restaurant. Loads of parking. I would say that if you have limited mobility, mention this at booking as some rooms are split level, with small stairs to bedroom. So could be an issue. Personally, I liked it but...

Location close to University of Twente was a great plus. Also, bus stops to Enschede as well as Hengelo stations are just nearby. The room was spacious and amenities were very good. The staff was very helpful in sorting out issues.

1. The room booked was a Twin room. This, to me, meant a room in two connected parts both at the same level, similar to concept of twin beds, where two beds are at the same level. It turned out that it was a room with two parts at two different levels connected by a staircase with triangular steps around a shaft. The staff was kind to help out and give me a more reasonable room albeit as an upgrade (This is what I Liked about the staff). I suggest the wording describing the room in Booking.com be changed to an unambiguous expression to avoid wrong understanding on the part of the Guest . 2. Vegetarians have very little to expect in breakfast. The hot food made for breakfast should have a few vegetarian options.

Excellent food and friendly staff.

Noisy from the road, even with the windows closed, but then it was too hot, so had to open a window, therefore couldn't get to sleep until the early hours when the traffic died down.

It was near public transport links, the staff were very helpful..

That I arrived back to the hotel just after midnight and I couldn’t gain access to the hotel, although one of my friends came down and let me in.
