We did not have breakfast and rather we prepared out own Room was good I suppose the only downsize is having to sleep in two single beds, the room had only one fan which was insufficient, there was no Iron in the room. We did not use the pool We wanted to use the SPA facility however we did not as it was either closed or maybe we went down the wrong times

The distance from the hotel to the University of Twente was quite a distance Room cleaning was not available and therefore we did our own cleaning There was no iron in the room and we had to go out to the laundry room to iron We had to pay additional for bedding and sheeting and therefore, we washed the sheets on our own

Location , Orientation & space of apartment , well very design , two toilets & bathroom in one apartment was very thoughtful , very neat & tidy utensils . Everything needed was available . Bright , well ventilated & spacious apartment in the middle of nature , Very good swimming Pool & Sauna , Very good gaming zone at very low price of 1 Euro and very cooperative staff .

Extra charges for Towels not clearly specified which created little bit of confusion and waste of time . We understand that this problem is faced by most of the customers and hence request to specify it clearly

Very calm and clean hotel with very polite and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Free coffee and tea in the room. Free parking. The room balcony gives you direct access to the green area and forest around the hotel. We also liked the bowling lane very much! In case you wish to explore this (often underestimated) part of the Netherlands, Resort Bad Boekelo is an excellent starting point. We'll definitely come back. Next time we'll hire bikes as well, there seem to be great biking/hiking trails in the area.

The fixed shower head in the bathroom is a bit outdated (not a dealbreaker though).

Resort Bad Boekelo is our new favourite holiday destination. A place where one can truly relax and recharge. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities and direct access to nature. Spacious and warm bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. And drinking your morning coffee whilst listening to the birds' songs and breathing clean forest air - priceless. Outstanding restaurant - I had my best cheeseburger ever. Especially if you combine it with a Grolsch Weizen!

The peace and quiet, rooms were spacious with an extra bathroom. Nice pool and games room. Free WiFi and parking

Sharing a hotel with immigrants. Expensive meal choices. Found two socks under separate beds.

The hotel is outside the big city in a wooded area. Very nice apartment with a fully functional kitchen. Great for travels with a Car that wants to stay for a few days.

The hotel is great with friendly staff

It was a nice place to stay. I was awakened several times around 11-12 at night from people talking loudly coming back to their Hotel rooms on the ground floor. I was very surprised to see cigarette butts outside the ground floor Hotel room's patio. Especially when the grass is drier, this could be dangerous for starting a fire. This is not the Hotel's fault, as they do supply a ashtray but maybe put a small sign on the ground floor Hotel rooms concerning this issue. As for the noise at night, I talked to the staff and they were willing to give me a room on the very end next time I stay. Staff were very friendly and I will be returning to this Resort.

The location is great. In the woods, very calm and idyllic, we really managed to relax well. At the same time, very close to Enschede and Hengelo (in case one wants to go shopping). The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The heating was perfect. The balcony giving access to the yard was just marvelous. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional - everything was very delicious and prepared with high quality products (probably the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel). The rib-eye steak we had for dinner was the best ever, especially in a combination with a cold Grolsch Weizen. Keep up the good work!

The rooms might need a bit of renovation.

The breakfast is delicious. There are plenty of choices, and they serve for the whole morning (till 11 am). The swimming pool is very clean and well-maintained. The room is also spacious for two adults and one teenager.

When we booked the room, we chose a room for two adults and one teenager. When we checked in, however, we just realized that our confirmation letter did not include our daughter. It only showed two adults. The hotel staff was confused about it. It would be much more seamless if the system could offer a triple room option with three beds.

the information on the hotel facilities as supplied on a A5 sheet was extremely poor : no mention on how to call the reception desk by the room telephone, nor what the checkout time is, how the coffe-automat in the room is supposed to work (it did not work intuitively),
