Nice breakfast. Buffet style. Rooms modern in design. Smart lounge layout/entrance

Room cleaning- Rust on paper towel dispenser. Could easily be cleaned and shines up. Gym very basic. Just a few machines. Only one Dumbbell set which only has the lightest weights- Not suitable for a real workout! No vegetarian options on hot food breakfast buffet. Mum is a vegetarian and expected a vegetarian sausage! Only fried eggs on breakfast buffet. Yolk was not runny. No scrambled egg on offer. Snacks sold in foyer very overpriced. (Crisps, chocolate, sweets)

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I had left something very sentimental and only realised three days after arriving back home. Thankfully one of the cleaners had noticed it in the room and put it behind the main desk. They didn’t have to do that and I’m so grateful they did. When I phone to ask the receptionist was very helpful, kind and understanding. She carefully explained how to organise to have it returned by post and a few days later I was reunited with my lost possessions. I am externally grateful and very impressed with the whole team’s proactive and professional approach.

A herbal tea would have been nice but not essential.

We were travelling through so was a great stopover. I was dubious when I saw the price and the review rating but I have to say was pleasantly surprised. the staff were lovely the rooms were basic but very clean. Considering we were on the motorway it was very quiet. We didn’t eat there but if we were to stay again we definitely would. great places to stop if your travelling through. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel needs a refresh inside. there is no lift so not great for accessibility. The carpets in the stairwells need replacing as they are worn. it generally needs an uplift.

Reception staff very welcoming, check in was quick and easy, room was spacious and clean, we had a double and a single bed, tv, bath/shower (shower was powerful) great lighting, heater on the wall warmed up the room very quick.

Sink had alot of scratches (my son has Sensory processing disorder and was a little freaked out about this but calmed down once I showed him they were just scratches) Hairdryer didn't work but I didn't report this. Heater made a tapping noise when it was on so we had it on before sleeping and had to turn it off but the room was warm enough to not have it on all night.

Perfect for what we needed which was a night stay as we travelled down South. Arrived at around 10pm and was checked in immediately. Staff double checked that the car reg was correct which was nice. Room clean, modern, nice and spacious. We booked an Executive Double Room and this came with a double and a single bed (wasn't needed). Bathroom was fine and shower powerful & hot. Bed was comfortable and slept well. No issues with noise. Overall, would happily stay here again as it met the requirements for an overnight stay whilst travelling.

Despite being in the middle of two very busy roads and a very popular services area there was very little noise heard from the rooms. It is a convenient stop for visiting Oxford as there is a bus that goes in and out quite regularly at £2 a trip.

The mattress kept trying to tip my husband out of bed, even after turning it head to toe. We got lost in the services area whilst looking for the bus into Oxford. Our interpretation of the instructions we received from a staff member sent us in the wrong direction and we spent half an hour walking around.... It's actually at the entrance to the Services road.

We stayed at the Ramada Oxford services due to the location close to The Springs golf club where i was playing a tournament the day after (15th). We were able to watch the European Final on the lounge TV in a very quiet atmosphere. drinks and food available as required. absolutely perfect. The room was well appointed and modern furnishing. Black out curtains nice touch and very little noise from the adjacent car park and service area. The service was exceptional.

Breakfast was good but after we had ours there a bit of a wait for the items to be stocked up - sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns and about 6-8 people waiting. My sister took less than she wanted as she knew I was behind her. Great coffee machine. Juice a long way from the glasses so not easily spotted and tea bags on top of the coffee machine so not easily spotted. Staff were slow to clear the tables but it wasn’t overly busy, but looked messy.

ALL the staff, from manager to cleaners were very courteous and helpful. The deputy manager and the female chef, in particular, individually went out of their way to advise, help where possible, and make our stay as good as possible. For example, the deputy helped my wife carry the bags etc to and from the hotel, the chef explained to me how best to open sachets of various condiments such as mustard.

We arrived in the dark and the curtains were closed in our room. However, the room was very cold! We didn't realise until early morning when or dog started barking that the window was quite wide open and he heard someone tapping on the window of the next apartment. There was little suitable choice of food to eat in our room AND my wife and I could not leave the dog alone in the room so had to take it in turns to go to breakfast as dogs are not allowed in the restaurant even though he his perfectly behaved, very small (toy poochon), and there as my therapy dog.(I am 81y and normally wheelchair bound Booking .com had this writing well in advance). There are no trolleys or wheelchairs available to help move our luggage to and from the car parking area

I booked a hotel that was affordable near Oxford. It was in a great location very easy to find. It had Free car parking. It was 10 minutes up the motorway for the Oxford park and ride at thorn hill. The Wi- Fi was excellent. The rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Great shower.There was with free tea and coffee readily available. Extras of which was easily obtained from a point near reception without having to ask. The menu was substantial and not expensive and I enjoyed the meals we had there. The staff were all really helpful and friendly All in all a fantastic stay. We would definitely not hesitate to use Ramada again or recommend the group to others.

Everything was great no complaints what so ever.
