Excellent location, close to the train station, Spacious apartment with all the necessary appliances and very clean, Outside terrace, no view but would be a lovely bonus in the sunshine, Check in instructions were slightly confusing but worked out due to the help of a kind resident. Would be very happy to stay here again and would highly recommend. Miriam and Jim

Apartment was extremely spacious, best so far in Europe we have used. Nice touches with dining places set out. Kitchen could do with having some microwave bowls but was adequate.

As usual in Europe, it was up 1 flight of stairs, so some with limited mobility/fitness may find it a challenge. Parking is off premises but that is common in Europe.

extremely good value for money, very pleasantly surprised,great size, beautiful veranda outside too, our stay was lovely…. if I could add any feedback I would say add a kettle for a cuppa tea, is Irish like our tea…there was coffee facilities though which was great . I’d highly recommend and Mérida a beautiful city, we were still not passing through for one night, but will definitely be back thank you

no kettle… but that was minor. it literally had everything else we needed

The price was so affordable we were suspicious, but the place turned out to be very nice. Well equipped, clean, and spacious. It is also located near attractions and the old town.

Wish the blankets were a bit warmer. (I get cold easily so for most people should be fine)

I thought that the apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. There is a decent sized terrace with table and chairs for sitting outside, which is a nice touch. It is a very short walk to the main parts of the city and there is public parking very close by. The 2 capsules of decent coffee were very much appreciated! All in all I thought the quality of the apartment was very good.

The location is on a rather busy road so it was a wee bit noisy at times

Location was good to main centre of town and there was a large grocery shop very close. Place was very clean and comfortable. Very nice host. Very helpful for getting us into building. Only stayed one night, would take this place again if staying more nights in future. Lots of paid parking options available if driving.

No natural light. I felt a bottle of water (in the fridge) would be welcome for guests arrival...it's cheap for you to do and would be appreciated! The hallway is very dark and took some time to locate the light switch upon arrival. Small details, nothing major! Cant comment on staff as no personal contact

The location was perfect for us - close to the train station, a good supermarket and an easy walk to all the sites in Mérida. The staff was friendly, helpful and explained everything including local suggestions. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
