Excellent location, right in the heart of the city’s main attractions. Family room was nice and spacious with solid Wi-Fi, AC, mini-fridge. The bathroom was decorated to a modern high standard with shampoo, shower and hand gel provided. Friendly staff were available to assist 24/7. The included breakfast buffet was fine and filled us nicely until lunch. We were able to leave our luggage safely, yards from their desk for 5 hours while we finished looking around the city.

The only real downsides were the very small lift which wasn’t the end of the world but if you’re in a a family be prepared to make multiple trips or send a few up with the luggage while the rest of you walk and, the low shower pressure on the 3rd floor which went between low and a trickle (we think if others in adjoining rooms were using theirs too). Nothing major but could be improved.

The bed was comfy and although the room was smallish, it worked just fine. The bathroom facilities are new and the shower was very chic although the water wasn't very hot. The breakfast buffet was formulaic but it was fine. The greatest thing was the location, just over two blocks from the Duomo and all the amazing shops and restaurants around it.

LORENZO Leather Market, high quality Italian Made Leather Jackets and goods ( you must know which shop to buy or not, you need professional negotiators and look at the leather marks) - Very close walking distance to restaurants and bars with good foods like ZaZa Treitoria ( the best special beafstake in Florence )

The lift small space for 1 person with 3 luggage cases at a time. ( quite usual in Italy )

The location is perfect, just a 4 to 5 minute, easy walk to the duomo, the center of it all. There is even a small supermarket across the street. Our room was very quiet, the windows (which you can open and open/close the shutters if you want) face a courtyard. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works well and is very quiet. Saving the best for the last, the bathroom is really nice, especially the shower: a rain shower head, forward shower heads (not sure the term) and a spray head on a hose, all worked perfectly. We did not experience any issues with hot water, though we limited our usage to save water and energy.

Fantastic value! about 3 blocks up from the Duomo close to everything. I got a single room 108 , nothing fancy but had a very nice upgraded bathroom and a large window with a decent view over looking the buildings/apartment towards the back. The room/area was quiet over my 5 night stay . The staff was always around and were excellent in all regards. The breakfast was just right... all the basics and some eggs and bacon along with many Italian sweet pastry's! If you plan on climbing the many towers/domes in Florence you'll be happy to know they have an elevator!

AMAZING location! Walking distance to everything in Florence. 5 minutes to the Duomo and Accademia (The David). Filling and varied breakfast (assortment of breads, spreads, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cheese, cereal, breakfast meats, etc.). Friendly staff onsite 24/7- they were particularly helpful in checking train times for us and giving us directions, etc. Clean and modernized. Typical European sized rooms- small for American standards, but standard for Europe.

More hooks in the bathroom on the walls (and the fact that this is my only "complaint" says a lot, right?).

All the staff were welcoming and on hand if we needed help with anything. Our baggage was delayed by 24 hours and when informing the hotel of this the first thing they did was to provide us with a toothbrush and toothpaste! The room was clean throughout our stay and the en suite shower exeptional. There was a wide variety of fresh food available at breakfast which was on a help-yourself basis.

It was a little noisy at night but as the hotel is so close to all that we wanted to visit, it was a small price to pay.

Our recent stay was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after long days of exploring. The hotel's central location made it easy to discover the city's attractions, metro and dining spots. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again! Actually, none. The place and staff were very accommodating. We had to check out early and couldn't have breakfast. We asked the staff if they could prepare sandwiches for us to carry on our way, and the following morning when we checked out, the staff gave us the sandwiches we requested. 🥪😍

Breakfast was great. Location was amazing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early for breakfast on our last day (before 7am) and the desk clerk still made us coffee and allowed us to sit down to eat.

The mini fridge didn’t work. The toilet seat was broken - just the lid wasn’t attached so not very critical. We notified the clerk immediately after we checked in but I don’t think anything was done about.
