The location was perfect, only 20 minute walk from the terminal and close to all the restaurants in old town. Our room was clean and exactly like in photos. The staff gave us bottle of prosecco and a birthday card as requested and they were super friendly. The breakfast included in the prize was good. Simple but fulfilling.

The spa looked very different in photos. It wasnt as good as we imagined. Without the spa the stay was overall great but i wouldn’t go to the spa again. It was okay with all the different pools but the overall look was a lot older and not as clean. Other thing which we are not sure was because of booking.com or the hotels misinformation, but when we booked the hotel it said in booking.com that you pay at the property. However, they required us to do the check in before via email to receive the apartment code. When finalizing the check in we had to pay, so this caused confusion as we wanted to originally pay when we arrive.

Great location on the edge of the old town (a quiet area but 10 minutes from everywhere within the historic centre). The hotel has a slight motel feel, but the room was generously sized and everything was clean and functional. Reception were friendly and helpful. But best of all the hotel was attached to a large spa used by locals and guests were allowed free entry. Imagine something slightly more Soviet than a modern spa with massage parlours and Buddhism. But for me it was great! I think there were about ten various saunas.

All was fine. Could be improved a bit by cleaning the courtyard up a bit, and breakfast also was fine but quite basic.

Location was very good, in the old town but not quite - so it was not noisy during the night. The spa was excellent, with a pool only for swimming and several other pools (about nine in total) and saunas included in the hotel price. The beds were comfortable, the room had a small balcony and it was big enough for two people.

Breakfast was kind of bland and unimaginative, even though you could buy better stuff at the same place where the breakfast was served (like prawn and vegetable salads for ex). The building itself was a bit strange, full of corridors and stairs. This was not an issue - but going from the hotel to the spa was an adventure, I don't think I saw any sign in other languages than Estonian of Finnish, except for those asking people to shower before swimming. I think the signaling needs a bit of improvement.

Kind of a sport hotel. They do have a big gym and pool area together with saunas. Different pools with different temperatures in it. If you wish to have a swim you can use a separate pool with two lanes dedicated for swimmers. Other pools meant for water procedures or relaxation. All pools are located in one area. Staff very friendly and helpful - thank you! The room was clean and spacious. You can do check-in online and receive your door code by SMS so you do not need even reception if you wish you can go directly to your room after you arrived. Also check-out the same. Breakfast was not huge, but it was absolutely enough for us. The location is really good - basically in the old town.

Pool area could have some minor cosmetics repairs. No air conditioning in the room (but you can find a fan in the room). Parking costs 15eur/24h. Outside of the hotel you will pay more, but after 10min walk there is huge parking 6eur/24h.

Everything was really good. Close to the old town, close to the harbour. Breakfast simple, but delicious, swimming pool area warm enough. Towels to the pool area are provided by the recepcion, you dont’t need to have your own towels.

One advice for host: it would be more welcome that the floor heating in the bathroom would be turned on as soon as the guests arrive. Especially in the winter time. It was verry cold in the bathroom. Not everyone will think, that it is possible to turn on the floor heating.

The spa was really nice with indoor and outdoor pools and several options for saunas aswell. The rooms are accessible by a code and were small , yet comfy. Despite the small size of the pools in comparison to Kalev spa, which is located across the street Braavo seems more cozy during the morning hours when people are less and offers more value.

During the evening hours it seemed quite packed and while it was enough to just chill at the water , it wasn't enough to enjoy the baubles of the bauble baths.

Good spa, there is a big choice of activities in spa. There is codes for doors which are send by sms, but you need to make check in electronicaly before, if you want to get codes before. Also it is possible to check in hotel, but re eption is not working from 23:00 till 6:00. Breakfest is simple.

Parking price ia 15€/day, but you cannot get in/out of parking lot from 23:00 till 6:00. In the room temperature was 21C, and it was cold to sleep. There was no way to make higher temperature.

Place and parking are very convenient (even though the parking places are not under the roof). The old city is right there, you are in. Walking, biking- all perfect. Very clean rooms, not outdated, at the same time strangely designed in some places, especially bathrooms -all the floor is covered with water after taking a shower.

SPA is big but outdated, something was broken, and part of the saunas are closed. Quite decent rooms. Very decent breakfast (included). Nothing terrible, really, but just it is not a place for a wedding trip or a "very special event", etc. Just for a good night stay for 1-2 nights probably is ok.

do the online check-in as requested by the hotel, it will make the arrival very smooth, you'll get the door-code and room number ahead of your arrival, very friendly staff, the big surplus is the spa access with numerous hot water pools, lap pool and several saunas, 5min walking distance to city centre, around you'll find several restaurants and supermarkets, breakfast in the morning is sufficient with lot's of toast, cereal, warm and cold options as well as plenty of coffee and tea

lift is missing, you have to carry your luggage up and down several stairs, just a minor inconvenience

The main feature of this hotel is the SPA and it is great, exceeded my expectations! Many different kinds of pools, and saunas. Rooms are basic, but modern and clean, nothing to complain about. The hotel located near the old town, close to all attractions.

The breakfast is very very modest, if it is not included in the lowest price the hotel offers, then it is not worth it at all, it is much better to visit one of many restaurants located nearby, or order food delivery.
