The hotel was OK nice and cozy. The waterpark side was especially good for families with kids. Everything was working and was as agreed and not any problems or nothing shady going on. The sauna oasis was especially nice for adults without the kid noises. The staff was especially nice, kind and helpful.

The hotel was more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. It was OK modern but not like a luxurious 4 star hotel. The hotel room wasn't completely clean, there was some stains in the shower and black hairs in the bathroom sink but nothing too much ugly. The breakfast had many things available but the breakfast was little bit disorganised and too much crowded. It took forever to wait for the coffee from the machine. The air-conditioning was little bit weird, like it felt like only having heating, no cooling. I put the heating to+22c but ended up having a sauna +25c, luckily the windows can be opened. The hotel room in the first floor was noisy with the car traffic outside the hotel.

Very good hotel within a short walk from everything in the city center. The swimming pool is super, Olympic size big swimming pool and nice smaller pools, wow, you never see an Olympic size pool in a hotel, never. But this hotel has it! The breakfast buffet is excellent.

The temperature in the room was too warm, I contacted the reception. I am used to about 19 C, cool and fresh that is good for sleeping, but the room was about 25 C at first. I turned all possible heating off, so it helped. It was ok after that. This was my only negative concern.

Very good location, good price , taking into account breakfast and aqua park services. The bar service and waitress work, food in the restaurant very good.

We did not like the reception service where guy was very impolite with us. We asked about parking if this is possible to park near hotel and he answered that this not possible because this is only for spa clients. I did not get the point, because we are also hotel and spa clients and we can pay for it if needed. But he repeated a lot of time impolitely that this is not an option and was very nervous that he needed to repeat couple times to us the same information. My advice for the staff in reception to be more patient and be polite with clients as reception people are the face of the hotel. All was good at the hotel except reception service during check in on 2023.11.02.

I recently stayed at Kalev Spa Hotel in Tallinn, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks. Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated just a 2-5 minute walk from the Town Hall Square and about 20 minutes on foot to the Maritime Museum. It’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants, museums, and attractions, making it ideal for exploring the city. Decent Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good selection, though it became a bit repetitive during my stay. While the salads varied daily, the main dishes and sides remained unchanged. Still, it was satisfying enough to start the day. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Spa and Pool Access: A big bonus was having access to the spa and pool facilities, which added an extra layer of relaxation to the stay.

Cleaning Issues: The housekeeping service could use some improvement. I had to contact the reception to request basic cleaning services, such as taking out the trash and replacing towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

a hotel with a central location and an excellent spa center Olympic swimming pool with many facilities superb view towards the old center

what seemed very rude to me is that actually at 11 o'clock they tell you to leave the room because they have to clean. at least one redheaded waitress actually kicked us out of the breakfast room. for breakfast at a 4-star hotel they might offer fried eggs, it was the worst omelette I've ever eaten, proof that it's not to be eaten. the management of the breakfast room leaves much to be desired. being very crowded, instead of cleaning the tables so they could be free for the other tourists, they only cleaned a glass or a plate from the occupied tables. they see you at a dirty table and actually ignore to clean your table there were no cutlery, no glasses at rush hour. and you had no one to ask

Located in city center. Spa open from early morning - we arrived almost at midnight and it was very nice to go to spa after breakfast before check out. Bathrobes included in the price. Breakfast was good, but staff not friendly - no one said good morning or even smiled, but this is actually very common in Baltic countries. Room was clean but a bit outdated.

Conditioner either was broken or its remote control was missing from our room. It was quite hot, but we didn’t call reception as we’re too tired after our trip. Reception was friendly, but staff who served breakfast not welcoming at all. Parking is very small and it was full, luckily there are a lot of options nearby.

Waterpark and spa facilities were excellent. The position of the hotel was also very convenient so we could easily go to the central city. Cleanliness was also at satisfactory level.

The flooring in the room looks quite plain and bare. For instance, room floor could be covered wall to wall carpet which gives more warmer feeling. Room decoration would be more engaging. Frankly, the room itself and its decor fall a bit short compared to the amenities offered by the waterpark and spa, I believe that this is an area that could be improved. With some subtle decorative touches, the room could be made more appalling.

Spacious air-conditioned room, 2 single beds and space to move beds far apart. Spotlessly clean bed linen and extremely comfortable beds. Great bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail. Bathrobes are provided and there's a fridge and a kettle in the room. (mini bar provided but we chose to buy our own supplies for the fridge instead!) Excellent choice of food for breakfast, and we also had lunch and dinner a couple of times and the food was superb. Facilities at the water park are perfect.. 50m swimming pool, other pools, water slides, lazy river, saunas - all very well maintained and extremely clean. Wristbands were given to us at check in, which opened doors to access various areas of the waterpark, and lockers. Hotel is just a minute's walk from the beautiful Old mediaeval Town of Tallinn, in a quiet location. Highly recommend this hotel, it is great value for money and so clean and comfortable.

WiFi was good in restaurant and hotel lobby, but only worked very occasionally in the bedroom. This was not a problem as we have EU data packages on our phones but it's worth noting, as it could be an issue for some guests.

Really friendly staff. Great selection at breakfast. Access to the spa included which we enjoyed. Comfy bed and great location, walking distance to everything. Really really good value for money.

Really small room and our view was at the back so didn’t get the lovely view of Tallinn we hoped for, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. There are 2 chairs in the room which could be moved to create more space. Quotes on the mirror and as a 5’1 woman this blocked my view haha. The water park was surprisingly unstaffed. There was swimming teachers round the main pool but aside from that I didn’t see any staff. The ‘relaxation pool’ wasn’t manned so there was youths causing disruption but nobody to report this to.

Excellent breakfast (modern and classic options both available), lovely dining area with a view to the park. Since we arrived after midnight and after our excellent breakfast experience we decided to extend our stay for 1 more day to enjoy the swimming pool and Water Park. Very professional and helpful staff accommodated us and we could extend our stay. As we really enjoy swimming, we appreciated and had a full use of the swimming pool. Water Park with it's different pools and showers and sauna was just a perfect way to pamper yourself and to enjoy your time there.

We couldn't stay longer.
