The staff were really helpful and pleasant. The location had a lot of restaurants and close to a metro station (Nation). The breakfast spread was not the best but really good. The room also had a tea/coffee maker and the service was so good to replace the towel and refill the amenities each day.

It was mentioned that the room had sound proofing, but in the room we stayed, we could hear even when my neighbor opens his/her door. And it was causing a lot of disturbance late night since the neighbors come in and go. The lift is small, with a suitcase only 2 persons can use it at a time. The stairs are narrow too. considering the building to be old, they cannot be fully considered as a problem.

Comfortable room and great staff. I got a corner room so my room was spacious and did not feel cramped. Bathroom was lovely and well appointed, amenities were great. The location is 2-7 minutes from two metro stations, buses and the RER airport transfer. I never felt unsafe walking home at night and enjoyed my interaction with the front desk workers regularly.

This was out of their control but it was sometimes noisy at night, the hotel is older so you can hear other guests. You aren’t right in the centre of Paris but it does feel like a true Parisian Neighbourhood, something I really appreciated.

Amazing staff, clean rooms and I love the old style. Many people mention that the small rooms are a negative thing but this is known in advance when you book the room. I personally think it makes the room cozy. The bathroom is pretty new with very nice shower heads. The location was great and the rooms are exactly what we needed. We were anyway outside most of the time to expore the amazing city of Paris. Also I was happy to have my car parked at a secure place, locked in a garage box.

In advance, it was not very clear that the garage boxes are as small as they are. When we arrived, they asked whether we have a big car or not. We have a small SUV. It fitted just fine but it was a bit tricky to get out of the car. If you have a normal size SUV or bigger, or a station wagen, I am not sure if it will still fit in the garage box.

Hotel is 1 minute walk to station Picpus(line 6) and 10 minutes walk to station Nation( line 1.2,9 ). Carrefour market is very close, there are also restaurants and in the area. There is a private parking which requires reservation. The staff is very friendly. The room is very small so it is just for sleeping, ours had a French balcony with a view. We stayed as a family of 4 in 2 rooms, the rooms were places close as we requested, bed was comfortable.

The staff were super friendly at all hours of the day, always happy to have a chat in English and always making sure I was comfortable and satisfied! The area was easy to get to, with multiple metro stations within short walking distance, and a lot of restaurants and stores directly downstairs. I stayed in two different rooms, and the superior double room was far larger than I expected of a Parisian hotel room, with lots of room to place my suitcase, a large desk and wardrobe, and a big comfortable bed. The twin room had a gorgeous view out over the city, and a large bathroom, as well as a desk and a wardrobe, though the room was of course slightly smaller. Both rooms suited me perfectly, and I would definitely stay again in any type of room!

The only thing that bothered us was the sink that kept getting clogged and therefore remained dirty.

Very good location near the centre of Paris, a few dozen metres from Picpus metro station, or a little further on is Nation metro station. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, there is also a desk for work. I can also praise the attitude of the hotel staff, who were very nice and helpful.

The hotel does have its own car park, but on arrival in a higher mid-range car (Mercedes E) I was turned away and directed to a relatively expensive underground car park nearby, unfortunately you will have trouble getting out of this car park if you park there for several days. I think that information about the maximum dimensions of the car should appear in the hotel information and if the guest is subsequently referred to a public car park, relevant information about parking conditions should be provided.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s compact and very bijoux. There is metro line across the street. Cafes, bakeries, markets and pharmacies are all on the door step. The breakfast was good, we didn’t have it included but we just asked for it for the morning we went to Disney and it was super easy. (11euro per adult our 5 yr old was free). There is a lift!! It’s small but it’s there!!

There isn’t much really. Nothing that was a deal breaker for us, the rooms are small and you do get other room noise but it wasn’t overwhelming. The pillows were a disaster though!! Flat and lumpy….. could do with in upgrade on those, at least in the room we stayed in.

The employees were very friendly and sweet. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was quite nice and 1 minute walk from the M6 ​​metro line. There was a market right across the hotel and there was also everything around it, including a pharmacy. The cafe right next to the hotel was also very sweet and friendly. If I go again, it will definitely be my choice again. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent location in a leafy suburb on a direct metro line to the Eiffel Tower. Parking facilities. Rooms were very clean.

Everything about it is made for tiny people. The reception is tiny. The elevator and staircases designed for tiny people. The rooms were…tiny and our bathroom would be fine if I was, in fact, tiny, but as it was I had to stand in the shower to close the door. If you aren’t tiny, or plan to spend any length of time in the room when you are not asleep, this might not be the hotel for you.
