Comfortable bed and very clean. Hot shower and very good breakfast. Easy access to the highway and close to Fernadina Beach and Amelia Island.

Pool was closed. Staff was very confrontational with my husband as we were leaving. I had definitely indicated when I made the reservation under special requests that we were traveling with a pet. On departure we were basically accused of withholding that info! I was quite annoyed with the snotty attitudes...and think it could have been handled with much better grace! And yes...I do pay for my pet when indicated!

I saw an insect running in the bathroom. It was the day after I woke with a pain in my hand. Don't know what caused it? Maybe it was a spyder? Maybe I slept on my hand wrong? The hand is still swollen and sore, 5 days later. I might go to 1st care today?

The staff are really nice. The facility is clean and well kept. This is the second time we've stayed here, and will again in the future.

There needs to be more outside seating. There is only one bench, and it is right by the front door. All other seating is inside the pool enclosure.

Everything was really clean, the staff was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, kind, and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there.

You had 4 different places people could smoke, but only one bench. You have a balcony where people can smoke, but no place to sit or dispose of the cigarette.

Service was great and room was comfortable. Person setting up continental breakfast was awesome! Food was good and helped start the day!

The mattress was a bit saggy, however, was told they are replacing them soon.

The hotel was easy to get to after leaving the beach. The location was perfect for a night’s stay. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected, but ok. It was very clean and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient to the interstate. About a 15 minutes drive to Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, 15 minutes to Jacksonville, and 15 minutes to Kingsland and St.Marys GA. So it's a great little spot. Its also right behind a KFC, McDonalds, Krystal and Wendy's. Across the street is a Burger King so food is no issue. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. No bugs like some reviews said. Good breakfast.

I honestly didn't have any issues. I saw some reviews that said they had roaches, but didn't see a single bug the 4 days we were there. The pool was open and clean, clean linens, clean towels, friendly staff....

The 7am-3pm staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

The tv in our room just quit around 8 or 9pm, so my partner told the night auditor. There were only twin bed rooms left, so we stayed put.

Breakfast was good. A microwave in breakfast area would have made it better. Muffins needed warming . Ladies at front desk were very friendly and helpful.I always look for a Comfort Inn when traveling.

No microwave oven in breakfast area. Bathroom fan was very loud. Lights and fan on separate switch would be better.

Great location! Morning breakfast, close ingress to I-95, within walking distance of fast-food restaurants, and very comfy pillows.

Wi-Fi was a little sketchy.
