Location near the airport was optimal! Friendly staff and clean and everything we needed.

The ‘restaurant’ was severely lacking. We ate dinner there and my chicken ceases salad was prepackaged in a plastic container like I’d expect from an airport takeout stall. Plastic silverware. My wife ordered wine and we had to ask twice for it to finally come. Her wings were delivered in a takeaway box and came 10 minutes after I got my salad. Wings tasted good! Breakfast was hot and nice before the shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle driver was exceptional!

The people next door had a birthday party for a 10 year old. No fault of yours; however, parents very irresponsible. First call to front desk 10:00 pm. music blaring, kids running up and down the the hall, slamming doors, pounding on the walls. 2nd call around 11:00 adult male yelling, music blaring, running up and down the hall. 3rd 1:00 a.m. more of the above. Cops there. While cops were there parent using language. Party was popping several balloons while police waited in hallway. 😱😥what an example for those young girls

It was one of the best all around. We loved the older guy that was cleaning stuff up at the dinning aera he was the nail for your place he's the reason I will return the way he reacted to us and treated us as we were leaving made it a great day.that being said ty to him

Snotty girl working the bar that night older lady that done the check in was great little blonde needs to get off her high horse remember we are all the same even the family's that don't want to hit on her and drink she's not all that lol And fix the deep fryer she said was broken couldn't cook

The staff was attentive & pleasant, providing excellent customer support. The hotel has some good upgrades, rooms are big & very clean. Free breakfast is great, lunch at the cafe was really good (I had turkey & pesto on sourdough bread with parmesan fries on the side) & there were lovely wine options. Gym has key essentials for a good workout. Pool is small, but still met my needs of soaking up a little sun. Hotel has All the amenities & is close to the airport. Thanks for the free shuttle ride! I would highly recommend!

Nothing but if I had one suggestion, it would be to add USB ports to the lamps by the bed.

I read the great hotel reviews and made the choice to reserve our rooms. The reviews were 100% true! Modern lobby with a beautiful fireplace plus a free coffee and tea bar available 24 hrs. Wonderful friendly staff! Our rooms were very spacious and clean! The hot breakfast was flavorful and varied the 3 days of our stay. The grounds of the hotel was clean, bright and we felt secure; there was even a place for our dog to go do her business! Oh yeah! transportation to local shops and airport!

Good breakfast, close to the airport, providing airport shuttle, all staff except one were very friendly and courteous. It is apparently an old hotel of which rooms need renovation. The price was reasonable though. Overall it isn’t bad to stay for a night after a 20-hour plane ride.

The hotel staff who picked us up from the airport the night of December 31 wasn’t friendly at all. The driver who took us back to the airport on January 1st was very nice and super friendly though.

Clean and comfortable.

I asked about the times the shuttle was in operation to the airport - the person at the desk said nothing about signing up for it in advance. Also you might want to remind guests to be quiet after 10 pm. The 4th floor was extremely noisy all through the night - children talking loudly in the hall, guests talking loudly, multiple guests socializing in one room. It was a sound proof room, but still - not the experience i expected.

The staff were wonderful. Helpful, kind, and efficient. The breakfast was just what we needed each morning to get going. And for my boyfriend, who drinks espresso, it was especially nice to have that available there. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Jacksonville.

And we were there two days last weekend. My only complaint is that the breakfast potatoes ran out on Sunday morning. There were some of the best I’ve ever had. It felt like someone was cooking for me personally, not putting out institutional food.

The bed (king) and sofa bed (full) are comfortable. The shower is stocked with nice smelling and healthy cleaning products (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner)There is a microwave and large screen t.v. A sitting area and desk with a comfortable chair to work from. Full breakfast comes with the stay and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of tasty food items (eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, variety of cold cereals, toast, bagels, juice, tea, coffee) and comfortable sitting areas (inside and on patio). The hotel is very near the expressway to take you wherever you need to go (north or south). There is a swimming pool and small gym on-site. The gym has a scale, treadmills, free weights and other equipment as well as complimentsry earbuds to listen to music while you workout if you don't have your own. The seating areas poolside are nice...some innshade and others in full sun.

The bathroom has a shower instead of a tub. The shower is partially open and the shower head is mostly fixed and so it can't be directed inward. The spray comes outside the glass half wall, which made the floor get wet. And it's cramped in there as the toilet is in there as well, so the space is not that large to begin with. Also the mini fridge is not very cold so it takes a long time to get drinks cooled. The ice bucket was old, stained and there was no bag for the ice to sit in to be more sanitary. Plus the machine on our floor was out of order on the 2nd day.

The staff members were all friendly and professional. The breakfast room staff especially worked hard to keep the buffet area clean and well supplied with food and drinks, while being friendly. Can't say enough good things about their performance each morning! We stayed in a King room with couch and kitchen/bar area. This was very handy for us as we stayed 3 nights. The large TV on a swivel was perfect for viewing from the bed or the couch.

The lobby furniture needs a refresh.
