The hotel was a quiet place to stay for our purpose. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good for what we paid.

The air conditioning in the room was decent, but they REALLY need to upgrade or maintenance these units. Staff stated they could move us to another room if we wanted. My wife just had major surgery at MD Anderson and we thought it would be best to just stay in our initial room. If it wasn’t for the surgery, we would’ve moved rooms. The exterior REALLY NEEDS some work! Pool was pretty repulsive with weeds growing in cracks and dirt or mud under many of the chairs. NOT VERY INVITING AT ALL. The landscaping truly needs help, pretty bad landscaping care.

As a couple that frequently travels and tries new hotels, this has been THE BEST experience we have ever had. We haven't had customer service like this in a LONG time. Every staff member asked how we were doing, the room smelled VERY clean and was spotless to the T, and the meals/drinks were hot and fresh up until the meal time was over. Ever staff member that we made contact with was polite and respectful to us at every turn. Loved how the hotel is power aware by powering the rooms with the card key. Provided a variety of products in the market in the hotel, and not one thing was out of place. The price is worth the stay.

If I were to pick out any small detail that we didn't like, it would only be that the pillows were too soft. However that is something that could be to personal preference. Also, the pool seemed small though also can not be picky. There's not too much that we can say I disliked.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The carpets were soft. The beds were very comfortable and I wanted to bring those pillows home with me. The breakfast was really good, with several items to choose from.

For the hot part of breakfast it was always eggs and sausage. Would have been nice to see some variety to it. The pool, which was part of the reason we booked there, was nasty. There was dirt and trash floating in it. The towels got wet in the rain and were just left in the cart. It was also extremely cold and when asked if the pool was heated the staff didn't know.

The staff seemed professional enough. They did seem somewhat stressed or scared - not sure - they just seemed uneasy. The room had been remodeled within?a few years?- thus was very functional - had the expected amenities of a Comfort Suites. Room was quiet despite being right on Hwy 249.

The TV was confusing - there was a Direct TV control and a TV control. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. The eggs and sausage looked like they were leftovers from the week before - I just had some coffee and looked for fruit - which I did not find. I thought about using the pool - but the location - was close enough to the frontage road you could signal a turn for the passerby. Obviously, nothing the hotel staff could do about that. But maybe that was why they were so tense

It was located next to vintage Park, which is a shopping strip with Restaurants and retail shops. Also there was a H-E-B grocery store. Everything you need right next-door. The young lady who checked us in was so friendly and sweet.

There was one front desk, attendee, who worked early in the morning during breakfast and was a little rude

Everything was fine until I was leaving at 5:30 am. The main entry doors were not in operation. An 8X11 piece of paper was taped on a door directing guests to leave by side doors (at the end of the halls to parking). I toted all my luggage, etc. down to the side door. It would not open. I carried everything to the lobby and was about to call Comfort Inn because there was no one at the reception desk. As I was dialing, a clerk appeared, held some device aloft which activated the automatic doors and I was free. My real concern was that is there had been a crisis, I was trapped.

very quiet, front desk lady was the nicest and breakfast man is very hard working very clean, moves fast to have everyone well attended. rooms are very spacious and beds are really comfortable.

a friend of mine stayed as well, she found bed bugs on her bed and reported it. she heard housekeeping ladies saying she took it on purpose just to file a complaint, that is very untrue and unprofessional. the remote to tv didn’t work only for channel up or down.

Very comfortable, clean and nice staff.

The pool needs a lot of help. In the jacuzzi a light was out of its socket and the cord attached was laying in the water. The hand rail going into the pool was loose and detached. It needed cleaning. I was going to dip some bugs out but there pool net hanging on the fence and the net was rotted out.

Zee was so helpful and caring. We needed milk for the baby the first night and she went the extra mile to get some out of the kitchen.

We had 2 boys that were so disappointed that the pool was green. Front desk said it was ok to swim in but it looked too green.

I never write reviews, but this place really deserves it. Large rooms, great TV, bathroom. Recently renovated so everything worked. The breakfast was great and varied (within its budget). Staff went beyond what I expected in helping us be comfortable.
