The staff is always friendly and helpful and the check in and out process is very easy. The rooms are always spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in. They serve a good breakfast with a variety of fruits and hot foods. The location of the hotel is right by one of our favorite grocery stores HEB as well as restaurants, fast food and pizza places. It is located within 30 minutes of most places we visit as well as shopping when we come to the Houston area every 6 months. We have stayed at this hotel 2 times now this past year and had a good experience staying a week both times. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend the Hyatt Place Houston NW Vintage in Tomball Parkway to friends and family.

I would like it if they had the ice machines on all floors instead of just one floor.

Very clean hotel in an extremely nice area of Houston, it's right off of the highway so you can access anywhere quickly, it's about 20 minutes from downtown HTX, the room was comfortable and clean, check in and out was a breeze, the parking lot was very well lit and easy to get in and out of with ease. The hotel provided breakfast which was pretty good compared to other hotels, they also have a full bar in the lobby with a nice social area. Definitely was a perfect stay for our weekend stay!

The only issue I had was that the handle on the bathroom door was broken... it was a bit awkward and difficult to open/shut the bathroom door at times.

Overall the property was very clean. Everything thing worked refilled soaps, hot water, and plenty of towels.

I had never stayed at this brand of hotel, I usually stay at Marriott versions. My newphew suggested this brand becuase he likes it and I was very pleased. I'll be sure to choose Hyatt again!

Nothing! This was a very pleasant stay from start to finish. The room was beatuiful. The property was very clean. The front desk was most helpful. This was a great experience. I would stay here again for sure.

The staff at night was very friendly and nice but the daytime staff were not friendly. I don't understand why we need to ask room to be cleaned. Frankly, I think it's my first time I need to request for room to be cleaned. Apart from that, it's a nice place to stay. Many restaurants around to eat too.

Suggestions: -The breakfast hours should be written down somewhere so that guests don’t miss it . - Have staff be more attentive to cleaning and keeping things looking good, clean and organized while breakfast is being served. -Have an emergency kit and directory with ER info, 24/7 pharmacies, delivery options, etc. -Cleaning rooms should be offered daily (especially because trash bins get full)

Super clean, housekeeping team works great, constantly cleaning something, you can always see them around.

Please examine the possibility to install safe boxes in the rooms. Your great hotel was the first one in years where there is no place to put valuable stuff like laptops, tablets, watches etc.

The staff were very welcoming. It was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good overall.

I didn’t like that if I needed things such as towels, I was told to come pick them up directly from the desk. I also didn’t like that the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days of your stay.

Breakfast was great. Facility was beautiful and very clean.Everything looked and smelled new. Very nice! Access to everything and great amenities. Pool was nice and exercise facility was great.

There was a kitchen employee that was verbally and loudly berating his coworkers in the hall. Very abusive to them and quite unprofessional.
