In fact we had a large studio for four persons without kitchenet on the first floor. A double bed was in the one room and two beds in another. Two large separated rooms comfortable with a lot of space, lockers, freeze and stands for the luggage. A small balcony was facing against the central street of the building. Sound isolation was good. It was obvious that buildings responds to to the norms/layout of 19sixties layout with relevant furniture in different little salons in several levels and corners of the halls. We used parking place against the reception desk out of the front door. Breakfast was good and the bread fresh.

Bathroom was small. I missed something hot like scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages for breakfast. This is personal of course! Only one choice of coffee delivered the coffee machine

Pillow linen smelled strongly of fragranced laundry detergent. Not pleasant for many folk. Many hotels now realise that these artificial fragrances not good for environment or humans. Would strongly suggest that all their linen is advertised as hypoallergenic.

The location was good (in walking distance to the center). The staff was friendly and helpful, the communication with them prior the accommodation was ok. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was generous. Overall quite a good place.

The fridge cupboard (which was also a stand for the TV) was a bit wobbly - it's better to fix it, for the safety of the TV :)

This is a clean comfortable hotel with a good central location for exploring Veria. They only have a small parking area but were very accommodating about making it available to us. The receptionist was friendly & gave us any info we needed. We had a small balcony for viewing the street scene. There is a fridge too.

The location is unbeatable. You are literally in the city. The rooms are spot on clean and we loved the temperature of it. Since I was born in this city originally i can understand the history behind this hotel. It was a pleasant two night stay.

Engagement with the customers could be improved. I understand that working on New Years Eve is not fair but a kind smile and a wish or a treat could be a lovely gesture. I would rate it a bit overpriced for what it offers considering that there is no breakfast anymore. Also, COVID excuse about breakfast buffet or coffee/tea in the bedroom it is now outdated. Sorry but there are plenty hotels i visited over the past two years and breakfast was served into fixed baskets or plates for each room. Bring back the breakfast option into smaller and fixed batches. It will be appreciated.

I liked the room in size, comfort, cleanliness.

1. It was rather cold in the room. Heating didn't work well and A/C couldn't compensate. 2. Bath small and after shower water kept flooding the floor.

Really friendly staff, spacious room and spotless, and excellent breakfast. We arrived earlier than we expected and the staff did their best to have our room ready earlier, which I really appreciate. Great location! Highly recommended!

Very nice and competent personnel. One receptionist can speak more languages.

The bathroom is small. Because of the location near some bars and restaurants and street, it is a bit loud. There is no curtain in the shower to prevent the water from flooding, after the shower the bathroom is wet.

Excellent location in the city center. Very comfortable family room with two separate areas. Satisfactory breakfast and it's very positive that there is parking available.
