Clean Decor nice Friendly staff Safe location

Car parking area busy due to party & water drainage not good in car parking. Shower cubicle very small.

It was a perfect location nice safe and friendly area. Hotel staff were so friendly and very accommodating.The shuttle bus service to the sanctuary was excellent dropping and collecting my friend and myself each day 🙏 Gorgeous breakfast every morning with plenty to choose from 😀 I never leave reviews but this family run hotel deserves a 10 out of 10 for a brilliant service nice clean rooms with housekeeping service every day of our stay 👍

I can honestly say I couldn't fault anything we had a small problem with the door but it was rectified without delay

Location was great, breakfast was okay for a small charge. Free shuttle to the Shrine of St Padre Pio. It's a 3 star hotel but with a 5 star treatment. The shuttle driver is the owner of the hotel, Don Leonardo. He's very humble and down to earth person. He doesn't speak that much english but he tries to show the beautiful scenery of San Giovanni Rotondo.

Nothing. We love to go back there someday and bring our children with us.

The employees were great. We were dropped off at the Padre Pio Sanctuary and when we wanted to go back, we called and he was there within 10 minutes. Room was extremely clean

We wanted to eat at the hotel but there was some kind of party going on that lasted into dinner service. Noise deafening music. Thankfully the lady at the front desk gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion at a 10 minute walk. PERFECT! Breakfast was not what I was expecting. The only good thing about it was the huge croissant. Everything else was wrapped in plastic, juice was watery and coffee came out if the machine and was horrendous

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for one night on a trip of many months. I wish I had stayed longer, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. The restaurant is magnificent and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

For me the location was perfect, since I was traveling with my car. But for someone who travels by public transport and who wants to go to the sanctuary area, it could be a bit far away.

A well managed hotel that provides great service to the clientele that is there to visit the St Pio church and shrine. The free shuttle service, on site parking and a helpful and knowledgeable staff helped make this a most rewarding experience.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed hiking in the Parco Nazionale del Gargano.

The hotel staff are very accomodating. The room is spacious and clean and the food is delicious. There is also a free shuttle from the hotel going to the sanctuary. Recommended!

The breakfasts and dinners were all excellent and they exceeded our expectations. Great quality, choices and portions.

No complaints, all was great.

Mr.Donato took care of us from arrival at the bus station and back. Theres shuttle bus to go to the sanctuary and back for free. Food is excellent. Everybody friendly and it was great experience. Thank you so much again Hotel Leon.thumbs up.. Cris
