Good central Singapore location of the hotel. Smart TV was very easy to use and has lots of channels like YouTube, Netflix, etc.! Beds were firm and did not slide about. The best feature of the beautifully-tiled bathroom is the placement of the "throne". It is located in its own corner with a good and adequate amount of space.

Internet connection was really slow and prone to constant disconnection. Hot water was sometimes very slow to arrive at the sink tap. Hot water was sometimes not hot enough.

It was a good location to get a Grab car to go where I needed to go. I was disappointed that there was no hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. I did not have breakfast. I thought there was a laundry facility, but there was only a very expensive service. I also thought the price was quite high even for Singapore.

See above. No hand soap, no small towel or wash cloth, high price. Also, the small refrigerator didn't work. I asked the front desk to have it fixed, but nothing was done. The price was quite high as well.

Location of hotel was great in the central area. I greatly prefer the firm beds at this hotel. The Smart TV was great, as YouTube and Netflix was easily available!

The Y was located within walking distance to the MRT and the bus stop. Very convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Chun Sin and Allysha for being so kind and helpful

The building does need some renovation. The rooms were clean but showing some signs of deterioration. Breakfast was not too exciting, very limited options for a buffet breakfast.

Super friendly and helpful staff. It's a basic hotel with limited facilities. However very clean and updated rooms and furniture. Over all was very good stay.

The surprise that hotel doesn't provide soaps in the washrooms. Only shampoo in the shower. Soap is a basic need to maintain hygiene.

My room was excellent, as were the general public areas.

The restaurant appeared to be owned and run not by the YMCA, and I was disappointed that only Asia breakfast foods were available and really one was restricted to seafood; if you were not particularly fond of seafood , and some people are not or are allergic to seafood, you had little choice but to eat outside .

The room allocated to us was bigger than expected. It turned out to be a family room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, enough for a family of 4. The house-keeping services were very prompt and room is very well-maintained.

The lack of cheaper food options around the hotel, nearest is Newton Circus Hawker Centre, which is about few mrt stops away. Within the hotel, there is a nice cafe (New Ubin Seafood) which serves very nice local dishes.

The room

The staff as when I did the booking requested for queen size bed but then the staff mention they only have twin bedded only I did mention that's I requested for queen upon booking. The staff told whether do u wan to take or not he was very rude

Short walking distance to Stevens MRT station; the bedroom and bathroom are actually quite nice, large and most importantly, clean. Good value hotel, given how expensive Singapore can be with accommodation nowadays.

Not much, really - maybe could do better with the hot water in the shower.

Beautiful front desk area, convenient restaurant, and nice room.

Nothing. Didn't have sockets for plugin - I use a C-PAP machine for sleep apnea, and couldn't find a socket to plug in.
