Amazing location right next one of the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exits. Friendly staff, great facilities and reasonable price

Right next to the hotel, a heavy-duty construction takes place. They don't start too early or finish too late, so it didn't bother me

Comfortable room, bathroom and shower are modern and functional. Wall sockets, fridge, place to hang clothes - all in great working order. I was a single traveller so room size was good, but it would have been small for two people. Cans of soft drinks provided as courtesy and refilled every day. Attentive cleaning staff and at reception. Reception in on third floor of multipurpose building. I did see the communal lounge with yellow sofa shown in the hotel profile. That is not the reception area. I wonder if there is a communal floor that was mentioned to me?

I missed a luggage rack and more storage for clothes.

The room is very small, but the design of space usage is pretty good. Surprisingly the shower and toilet are separated in such a tiny room which is really great. There are some space on the window to put stuff on. I found everything needed in the room. The staff are super super friendly, especially a thin gentleman on the entrance, always bow and greet to us and open the elevator door for us.

The price/space is very high, but that seems to be unavailable in this area of Hongkong. Outside view is not good due to construction on the building outside. Storing the luggage after checking out is not free, it costs 10 HKD per suitcase. Not too expensive but unusual.

Super friendly housekeeping staff! The room was clean and comfortable as well. I liked the view from the 18th floor, and the automatic curtain was quite nice. I really liked the location just right across the street from the MTR station. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to any friends or family who travel to Hong Kong.

I liked everything about this hotel! I have no complaints at all, and I can't think of any issues or ways they could improve.

Room was clean and well-maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room (e.g. toiletries, slippers and bottled water) were also very much appreciated. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, across the road from the MTR station, and within walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Overall a great stay and would definitely be back the next time I visit HK.

Noise isolation of the room can be improved - can hear people talking on the phone and doors opening/closing in adjacent rooms.

Location is fantastic, lots of things in walking distance and metro station just across the road is very convenient. The hotel itself has no breakfast or bar facilities, but there are plenty of those in the neighbourhood. Room was very good, after we upgraded to the Deluxe/Premium Queen room. Before that we spent one night in a Superior Double (Accessibility) Room, which is no doubt convenient for someone with disabilities (wheelchair), but not for us (bathroom is very big, at the expense of the bedroom). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the busy location, street noise was rather limited, except for the construction work (see below). Bed was very comfortable.

A closet in the room would be nice, if practical given the limited space. There is a rail where you can hang your clothes, but this is exactly above the kitchen counter. During our stay, (end Jan 2023) there was a lot of construction work going on in the direct neighbourhood, which was quite noisy starting at 8 am. Without that background noise, the room was rather quiet, so rather little disturbance from general street noise.

The location of this hotel is very good. MTR is 2 min across the road and bus stop 3 min. Lots of eateries in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and attentive, rooms were decent size for Hongkong and cleaned well. Amenities include comb, toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds and slippers. Free 2 bottles of water/room/day and we got 3 cans of softdrinks for our 4 night stay. Wifi works well with a password for each room.

The only drawback was that the walls to next door are rather thin. You can hear conversation and TV from next door.

My husband and I loved the location! Close to every popular places and transportation! We also loved the interior! Perfect for two!

It’s not particularly something to dislike about and it was not an issue for us but just a good information to share is that if you both have large luggages, you might have to take turns in opening them as the extra space is just enough to walk around.

Location is perfect, Tsim Sha Tsui B1 exit is 30sec away. I got the room on 13th floor which is surprisingly quiet considering the street and construction noise.

Writing area is small, the under-the-desktop outlets are nice but not convenient if you are using adaptor.
