Nice facility, up to date, clean, good breakfast in the morning, the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay agin.again. We were traveling for our son's soccer tournament, this location was close to the soccer complex and reasonably priced especially for a weekend.

The rooms are updated, but a few minor repairs lack the finish of the rest of the room. Location has an outdoor seasonal pool, an indoor would have been nice, but we knew this ahead of time.

It was clean, beds were comfortable. Typical Hampton Inn. Asked for room clean and they did it ( several hotels lately don't even when asked)

Extremely disappointed with the breakfast. The lady working there was very nice and did her job. She was working there and the front desk so she was running around and did a good job. But the hotel did not have enough food. They had plenty of condiments but not food. No fruit all weekend! No OJ for 2 days. 2 muffins all weekend. Didn't care for the egg/cheese "omelette" or potatoes, they were soggy. No water on Sunday. Sunday the breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon and red skin pots. Waffles were good. Definitely not up to Hilton standards on the breakfast.

Almost everything! Very pleasant stay! Will definitely be coming back if possible! Excellent customer service, attentive staff, and when i forgot something and i called in about it, It was immediately found and taken care of.

Only one thing, AC didn’t keep the room cool.

The breakfast was the best. Hot food every day of our stay.

The hot breakfast was the same every day...it didn't change. Also, the first night we got in the sheets were and pillowcases were dirty.

Very courteous, attentive staff.

The soap dispensers on the bathtub wall were mounted too high for a short person to use comfortably. The towel shelf was also very high.

Generally good, however undergoing renovation, nice rooms, but construction dirt in hallway

breakfast at 8:30 there were no eggs and breakfast egg/sausage bagel was cold. otherwise good, clean etc

The breakfast box was ok. it was convenient to carry out. Location was great for me to get to my meeting at NCA&T.

I was looking forward to hot items for breakfast, like oatmeal or toast. Not many restaurants in the area to get a good dinner.

Great location, good parking, quite a nice breakfast, very comfy bed..... a place I would return to for sure.

My first room had a air/heat unit that didn't work. Called the front desk and she re-assigned me another room close by that was actually a little nicer...... happy camper !

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a great variety and the host for the breakfast was really nice and on point for cleaning up and restocking.

The carpet was slightly tattered in a few areas.

The staff was one of the nicest staffs at a Hilton Brand hotel (& we travel for business every weekend).
