Great value for the money. Location is great if you have a car, 10-15min drive to centrum. Great parking opportunities. A quiet neighborhood. The staff is also friendly. You have a small shop just by, for drinks and snacks. We didn’t try the spa as the menus was not in English, but the impression was that it’s a good spa. Balcony with a view of the pool side, unfortunately too freezing to dip as it’s not heated. The owner is also nice, he gave us his Nr so we could contact him if any need.

They forgot to mention the free parking the hotel offered. We paid everyday to the parking guards, and the last day the receptionist told us about the free parking. Breakfast is ok, the only good thing was the chef making your eggs of choice.

The staff especially we’re very nice and friendly and the service was good especially salma who was one of the cleaning staff she did a great job of maintaining the room and went above and beyond when not necessary to do her job. So kudos to her she is very much appreciated. Also staff at reception was nice and friendly

Good view from the hotel room. Get a room with a pool side view. Good music as well, vibrant environment.

The security staff wasn’t professional. He embarrassed me! The security staff said he doesn’t know me therefore I can’t go into the hotel (this wasn’t at night this was in a hot afternoon). I Don’t wanna believe it’s racism. Also the key card doesn’t always work when I get back my hotel room, I always have to reactivate which is very inconvenient for me.

I want to thank Miss Chaima for cleaning the room very well. She deserves all the respect and appreciation for that. She is talented. I wish her all thanks and success in the future. She cleaned room number 338 very well.

very quiet hotel i had good sleep two nights, has grocery store in front and guard for parking,there is very nice bar two minutes walking they offer food, drinks and projecting football games (World Cup time) also live music and a DJ available . I evaluated as ok for price range

the rooms are smaller than the photos & walls are white needs some wallpaper and the the bed has wheels I don't know why!! all night its moving with my body movement no place to has chairs or small table for laptops they have small table but it's useless and the bathroom door is too big they should use sliding doors in that application tv has 10 channels only

Huge, family room, double bed and two sofa beds that were very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price paid and was a buffet continental breakfast, tea/coffe, juices, large selection of pastries, scrambled eggs, toast, fruits, all waiting staff very polite at all times. Currency exchange is across the road, and mini shop and taxi stand. All hotel staff always polite and helpful. We arranged a tour via hotel tour guide to Oureka Valley and visit to a Berber Village, fantastic day. Also tried the buffet dinner on one eveing, but had to pay as we didn't book it with the room. Cost of buffet dinner came to 140MAD per person. The food was all made to the highest standards, meat dishes, large selection of salads, soup, amazing desserts, really enjoyable

Maybe in Dec was colder than we liked, but its ok, not hotel fault.

The family room was very spacious with two bathrooms and adjoining rooms. Very clean. location very good to take a taxi into Marrakesh centre. They serve alcoholic beers (Casablanca)

Recommendation: extra safety rails needed at windows: when the windows are opened children can fall out of them. Although breakfast seems big it lacks traditional Morrocon dishes. Staff needs to act quicker when there aren’t enough cups or glasses left. Long waiting time for your order at the restaurant.)
