Buffet breakfast had a good selection, but the western dishes are flavoured to a more korean palate, so might not taste how it "should be" if you're from a western country. Location is great, a few 24 hour food places nearby and walking distance to Apgujeong, Sinsa, etc. Clean room and fitness centre, helpful staff. Room has amenities provided.

This is more of an issue across most Korean hotels and not just this hotel, but the room temp is set and locked. Went during the peak of summer and my room was set to 27 degrees, even though I tried to set it to 18 degrees. The lobby AC was far cooler.

Great location in Gangnam, hotel is nice and clean with helpful front of house staff that can speak good English. Has an onsite restaurant, although a tad expensive for the food it serves. Comfortable rooms, would recommend getting a bigger froom like the Queen room or Hollywood King if longer term stay.

Small desk in the deluxe room, not big enough to comfortably work from. No additional facilities like spa or sauna in the hotel.

Booking system says no need to do any prepayments, but hotel will charge you anyway despite what booing says, they will send you a note in personal massages about it, but too early in the process and you will forget about it, payment will be processed through weird legal name which will be impossible to recognize

The location of the hotel is right next to the airport bus to Incheon Airport and walking distance to many places in the Gangnam area.

Would like better gym equipment (and there is no pool). The room does not have a desk.

The view from the room was fantastic The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is OK. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to the underground so not bad but isn’t in the centre. The rooms, hotel lobby and bar area are smaller than they look in the photos.

We had a very lovely stay, the location is amazing, lovely staff. We would like to thank Nuri, Diana, heather and the female manager for super service and warm welcome. Will definitely stay at Four points by Sheraton Gangnam when I’m back in Seoul.

Everything was perfect.

Variety of menu in breakfast. Korean, American, and Asian food. Especially, "Pho" soup is good for hangovers in the morning. they prepared cilantro :D, Clean and kind.

Had basically everything you needed. nice room, mini fridge, safe, really good blackout curtains, a/c, basic amenities, Elevators, a gym, and sauna. breakfast was great too!

bathroom design is abhorrent -specifically the tub/shower. it doesn’t close all the way - as in there is no door for 1/5 of the actual shower so all the water just sloshes about on the floor of the bathroom for you to slip around on. my shower head holder had the rubber packing missing on it, so I had to call concierge to get them to fix it for me - which I think should’ve been something they check for every time someone checks out.. fridge is PACKED with minibar stuff so you can’t actually put anything inside it to chill your own stuff.. TV offers no options for mirroring/casting for apple devices nor does it offer a built in Netflix/ streaming options.

Sheraton Four Points Gangnam has friendly and helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Ideal location that is well priced. Breakfast buffet is over the top. It’s an ideal stay when I am in Korea.

Sunday buffet lunch was average, but expensive- the most expensive we ate in Seoul. A location closer to the metro would have been nice, but the hotel remains excellent value for the location.
