Aesthetics of the hotel was 10/10, gorgeous. The service staff were also very helpful, and I wasn't expecting that because I read previous reviews saying the service wasn't good. But they were actually delightful and the cart service was very helpful as well. With the cart service, you can get a free ride anywhere within 3km of the hotel. We'll definitely be back.

I wished for a TV or a projector in the room given the amount of money paid. The location wasn't the best - a little walk from the metro. But apart from that, everything was good.

Everything from Check-in experience to 8 nights of stay and check-out process was at very close to perfect. As we are not used to heavy breakfast, we had the option of not having breakfast at their restaurant (Poissons) and instead enjoying our Cappuccinos and Croissants at the hotel bakery (Becket) every day. The cleaning process was done very consistently and thoroughly every day. The Fitness was really well-equipped, nicely decorated in a vast space to accommodate a lot f people at the same time. Even though except once, it was also empty and all to ourselves.

The pools were always very crowded, with special time slots to go! So, we did not use it. Maybe the most important issue or problem with this hotel is the elevators! Only 2 elevators were providing service to more than 13 floors, including the lobby, and 2 floors for pools and fitness. Almost always taking at least 3-4 minutes, sometimes waiting times was up to 10 minutes.

We stayed on level T Room was excellent, clean, modern and decor lovely. Gym was exceptional, as was the pool when it was not overcrowded.

our room was too warm and the air con could not be adjusted. They did give us fans that helped. To gain access to hotel lobby is unusual as u have to go down two levels. Need to give guests more info on entry.

Stunning property with an incredible interior design and beautifully designed bedrooms. Each corner is a delight for the eyes. Probably one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We came in the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor pool, the indoor pool was another piece of art. We were lucky to experience it before the crowd joined. Personnel is very attentive and kind, I needed help to order cabs and things online and they surely helped the best they could. I fully recommend staying at Ananti for a special Seoul experience

Wish the sauna was included in the price of the room. I don’t like it when there are add ons when the room is at that price point.

This place is fantastic! The accommodations are top-notch and comfortable. As most will note, these rooms do not have a television, but honestly, there is so much to experience that I don't see why anyone would want to stay in a room all day watching TV. The food in the restaurant was top quality; the indoor pool was serene and beautiful. As a black woman traveling in Korea, I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful to all my needs.

I took a point off because the beds were a little too short and challenging to get out of, and the railing leading upstairs was loose. Also, I would have liked more control of the room's temperature, as there were only preset options. I traveled in December, so it was colder in the room than I would have liked.

We had a great stay !!! Melanated ppl are welcome here and we just loved everything!!! The toast the breakfast the facilities were top tier!

Absolutely beautiful property and aesthetics. Rooms are spacious and design is top notch.

The staff here are not particularly friendly, not the level you expect at a 5 star hotel. When staff passes you in the hallway, there's no hello or smile. On the day of checkout, 15 mins before checkout time, they called to tell you it's time to checkout. We travel so much and always stay at 5 star hotels and no other hotel does that. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth for the price you're paying as if they're rushing you out the door.

Exceptional interiors throughout the entire hotel: from lobby, to rooms, and even both pools. Attentive staff: always present, always prompt, easy to reach.

Penny pinching: early checkin (60-90 minutes) has a fee; laundry list shows express or regular service, but regular service is not eligible. Unclear why all these relatively small additions are necessary. Breakfast: unclear why one _must_ order a steak or a grilled fish. Otherwise these are reasonable breakfast. But why waste a food rarely anyone wants for breakfast.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price. Ananti at Gangnam is more expensive during the weekends, but quite a steal during the weekdays for all the amenities the hotel offers. It boasts gorgeous interior design, with one of the nicest gyms I've seen in a hotel. The room was large, with a bi-level loft, to make any traveler feel at home. From bathroom (with bath tub) to the chic living room, I wanted to stay indoors rather than go outside. The upstairs bedroom was lovely, and I had a pleasant night's rest. Staff were attentive throughout my stay, from taking my bags and promptly storing them in my room to check out where I left my luggage in storage until I was ready to return to the airport. I will definitely be coming back.

Not a dislike, but if you do need to use the toilets in the middle of the night, I'd be mindful that you're trekking down stairs to do your business before returning to bed.

The hotel look as real as the pictures you see online. Front desk staffs are very helpful and always with a smile. I booked for a stay her as my last leg of Korea trip, I made a pit stop to Jeju for 4 days before it. Contacted the hotel for assistance to store my heavy luggages as I don't need them for Jeju. They gladly assisted me with it, saved tons of money from storing it at alternative luggage locker or luggage storing company. The amenities in the room was perfect. From the reviews, I read that going to the pool requires advance booking and needed a swimming cap. Those are no longer required, I bought one each from home but ended up not requiring it. No advance booking required too, just go during the allocated time slot for meant for all, they have for adults only session. Wrist band for 4 pax were given for pool usage, child below 36months enter for free else other age group, additional payments required. The bed was too comfortable that we slept till 30 minutes before check out time! Luckily all stuffs were packed the night before. Managed to asked for slightly late check out and they obliged.

The air freshener for the room is on the masculine and musky side. My wife loved it but my 2y/o daughter hated it. The soap bar in the toilet has a dry effect after usage, had to use moisturiser to combat it. Best not to use it. Luckily I brought my own toiletries.
