The breakfast was great, but I felt bad that the restaurant was so understaffed. The service personnel was amazing considering what she had to work with. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Very clean and quiet room as well.

I think for the size of this hotel, the pool was very undersized, and the hot tub was closed/filled with cement! This was disappointing. Also, one of the elevators wasn't working part of the evening we were there, and the other one showed incorrect numbers for the floor selection-a little unnerving. Finally, the room, while very clean, should have had more amenities such as USB plugs in the bed stand lamps. Most hotels come with this now, and for a $300+ per night room charge, I feel this should be standard.

The location was great, food and bars all within walking distance or either a 5 min drive. Free parking so you can go in and out without any issues. And they had enough parking for all with 3 levels... (top level was always full, so we avoided that floor). And I love that my 80lb labradoodle was welcomed with open arms and paws.

The elevator was out for a little while but they fixed it... also didn't know it was under remold but wasn't a major issue, I'm sure it will be beautiful once completed.

Location was very good. The amenities and parking were very good. The check in staff and bar staff were very friendly.

House-keeping friendliness wasn't there. Counter in bathroom was extremely high. No place to hang up a towel. Breakfast restaurant not good. Table very sticky. Server blamed cleaned cleaner instead of just wiping it. Asked for coffee and juice, waited at least 5 minutes. Decided to go. Menu wasn't good or buffet. There is a very good breakfast place 1 block away that was very good and professional.

Convenient Location, views were nice. Pet friendly.

Cemented in hot tub, tiny pool. They are remodeling and there are ugly dismantled fountains in lobby. Since the hot tub was taken out my guess is those won’t be replaced. It’s cheapening the experience. We called prior to ask if pool and hot tub open and front desk said yes. They were not completely honest. The breakfast was good but not included. Rooms are a little small.

The location was right downtown and walking distance to the Mississippi River Museum and Event Center, which we had a wedding at. It was very clean and we were very pleased with our stay. There was a great breakfast option as well. We plan on going back to Dubuque in the future and we are likely going to stay here again.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel. There wasn't clear enter and exit signs in the drive up lane, so I saw a few people drive the wrong way and jam up traffic.

King suite is awesome. Nice layout, clean, comfortable Bar and restaurant on main level. Right across from five flags center. Great if you’re going to an event there. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel also has a free shuttle.

No up close parking , you can park in the parking garage for free though. No breakfast.

clean, clean, clean, comfortable, peaceful, in the middle of town shuttle. Large room, it accepts pets and my dog is spoiled and he did amazing there. Wonderful staff and the nice shuttle driver. IHG is the way to travel.

I can't complaint about anything. Pool is small

The bar staff was very slow. We ordered an appetizer and we had to ask for napkins and silverware and he he then gave us pre wrapped plastic silverware. Also the hotel was full of kids mid teens and I don’t mind kids but the parents definitely we’re not watching there children as they were running in the lobby playing in the elevators and running up down our floor yelling and running

There was plenty of options at the hotel onsite. Bar, restaurant, pool, game room, workout room, marketplace. Thr restaurant was closed from 2-5pm. Which is inconvenient when check in is at 3pm. It would be nice if it was open on arrival. The restaurant also closed at 11pm. If you want to have a drink after 11 you have to leave the hotel. When we arrived the hot tub was down. It remained shut down our entire stay. Pros are the hotel is across the street from the event center. Perfect location in visiting for a concert, etc. We ate at a restaurant down the street since the hotel was close. We walked 1 block. Great local food! I definitely would recommend. We will absolutely stay again. The bed was clean and very comfortable! Great tv channel options. Working wifi. Very nice stay!

Bathroom had black.mold on ceiling tiles, but with the staff so kind. I overlooked this issue. included brk bar would be ideal.
