The hotel is very good for the price. It is peaceful and very comfortable, with excellent beds, silent air conditioning and friendly staff. The rooms are a very good size too. The facilities are very good, although one of the pools was under maintenance when we visited. The gym is on the whole very good, but has a some issues. The weight machine was not working when we visited, which is a problem, as it is the only equipment in the gym that allows you to do resistance exercises. There are no free weights and no other weight machines or bars etc. There are multiple types of cardio machine there.

The only small issue was the gym weight machine not working. The location is a bit far from the main town, maybe a 20-25 minute walk. This was not a problem for us though, as the walk is nice and peaceful.

Out door pool was only half filled with water and we were not allowed to put sunloungers together? The lifeguard kept getting us out for 10 minutes break?The indoor pool and steam room looked very tired and dated compared to the rest of the hotel.Also the outdoor pool was closed from 31st October even though it was lovely sunny days? That was most of our holiday without a pool.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were amazing. it was super convenient being able to catch a taxi outside and the staff were super helpful with any of our questions. It was helpful having a convenience store in the hotel, and the hotel is a listed pick up/ drop off zone for a lot of tours which was fantastic travelling with a group.

The rooms were a little smaller than we are used to, and for a twin room it was a tight fight for both of us. Difficult to open suitcases without making it a team effort. Was a learning curve, otherwise not bad. :)

The is a few restaurant and convienence store within the hotel. The onsen bath is great although is not big. 10min walking distance to the train station and there is a bus stop outside. the breakfast is great as you can try the local okinawa food.

It is a big further away from the main street so it is a bit dark to walk back from major bus station at night. Especially if you are joining local guided tour , it may take you 10 -20 min walk to the meet-up spot.

Everything. Convenience,value,friendliness from staff even though we didn’t speak the same language they were willing to assist in every form and aspect.

I liked the ambience. Just loved the air conditioning systems which did not become a problem to block my nose 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼10/10 for that. Efficiency was just beyond comprehension as I did not expect the heat and humidity

Big, nice hotel with some very helpful staff. Convenient with a 7-Eleven downstairs as well as a fun souvenir shop. We never got to try the pool or the spa, but it seemed nice.

The hotel could have been more central. It was very close to the airport and not to far from the ferries, but quite far from interesting shops and restaurants. Not the best view from the balcony either: A port. There was a nice supermarket nearby though. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, a smell which didn't go away no matter how much we sprayed or kept the door to the balcony open the three nights we stayed. It was a none smoking room, so I am not sure why. (Fortunately we got used to the smell after staying in the room a little while...)

The pool was great, I enjoyed the jets. The shops were great, I bought some t-shits. Breakfast was a good selection and tasty. Staff were friendly and check in and out was smooth. We booked a taxi to the airport through the reception and that was helpful.

The room was a smoking room which I had booked by mistake (was not clear on the website I used to book) and therefore my room was musty and not as pleasant as it could have been.

In general the hotel staff was nice, during the tsunami warning we felt safe and well taken care of. The in house conbini is great to get some snacks.

Outdoor pool was closed during our stay. As we especially booked this hotel for the outside pool area, so we were disappointed that the hotel didn't inform us after booking the hotel to reconsider. English of the hotel staff not the best

The hotel basically had everything you could need (convenience store, souvenir shop, bakery, restaurants, rooftop bar, onsen, laundry facilities). The room was so spacious too! It was raining everyday during our stay in Naha, so being in a hotel that had everything was great. It made our stay more comfortable.

No nearby train station, so you’d need to take a bus or taxi to get anywhere.

the location is very accessible. we stayed at the highest level (12th flr) so its very relaxing for us looking at the view while drinking alcohol. the breakfast was delicious.

maybe the parking space! for that big hotel and lots of customers, i suggest to have a more parking space. so the customers dont need to park outside the hotel specially when its summer. (super hot)
