The pool was great and the complimentary tuk tuk to and from the end of the road was fantastic. Booked 4 different rooms and all were great. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from.

I liked everything no complaints

(i) The staff were excellent, especially Khun Tar who helped me and my party a lot with all the local travel and entertainment arrangements. She was helping even when it was day off! Thank you, Khun Tar! (ii) The food choice in bf was fantastic - something for everyone! And it was delicious. (iii) The property is located on Soi 20 off Sukhumvit - the heart of BKK and everything was very convenient.

(i) The lighting in the bathroom was terrible! It needs proper lighting so that one can see when shaving and/or putting make up! (ii) I had to ask for wash clothes! It should be there! (iii) One of the AC didn't work and I was there for 4 nights/5 days and it was not fixed even after I informed the front desk. (iv) There was no body lotion or soap - I asked but did only get the soap!

For the money this place was great! Great location and just a short walk to just about everything you would possibly need. Just across the street is a great coffee shop and down the street its on there are multiple street food vendors and fine restaurants. Places for nails, massages, food, drinks, taxis scooters and tuk-tuks, pharmacy’s and a 7-11. The staff was amazing and very helpful! Pool is nice and clean and there is a small bar at the pool for drinks. Water was hot and room was clean. They refresh your linens and drinking water daily and make sure you have everything you need. Overall this is one of the best places I have stayed on my travels and for a great price! Highly recommended.

Amazing experience with this property. You Get Indian option also in the breakfast and in their restaurant. Located close to QSNCC, but the Thailand traffic will eat your time... They have free shuttle service to drop from the property to the nearby junction. Their ambiance, food quality, friendly staff and the amenities available at the property. They have paid lounge facility also if your flight is in the evening. If you are keeping only your luggage, it is FREE

Their location - Though they provide free shuttle service, reaching the property takes a longer time... only narrow streets connect the place to the metro, that too one-way...

It was simply great and the staff were amazing . Now that we ended our holiday we really miss the beautiful smiles . Room was comfortable and well cleaned , breakfast was up to standard and dinner was very good as well and not too expensive , room service excellent. Front office staff deserve a medal especially our favorite miss Benz , her smile was amazing and really made you feel at home . We always looked forward to seeing her in the am before we went out especially if we needed directions . They were all simply amazing from the Tuk Tuk to the porters and the rest . We loved the hotel and would stay there again if we were to return to Bangkok . Their service was better than the 5 star hotel we stayed in by a million times .

Needs some touch ups but that is my only comment from an 40 year experienced hotel manager who is trained to look for faults

Modern and clean hotel with huge bedrooms, comfy beds. Amazing pool and great gym. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of Asian and western food options and the dining room was bright and welcoming. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Location is a 10min walk to Asok station. Lots of little bars/restaurants and a 7-Eleven just across the road.

Stained carpet in corridors. Just a minor thing. Everything else was great.

It was near big malls and touristic places. Have a nice breakfast selection

I loved the friendly staff it was always a pleasure with them 😊 and ubgradet me to a better room The rooms I stayed in was very spacious clean It has everything on a high standard but the location tops everything Located in Watana near a lot of entertainment shopping and business it just can't be topped

My booking did not in clude breakfast the brakefast was basic it had many thinks but no grate selection of differen cheese or salami no great tee selection etc etc what was a major let down charging 350bath per brakefast almost roughly 10 euros or 10 dollars I would expect more and better selection from a 4 star hotel brakefast

Warm welcome, and nice, clean spacious room. First hotel I've been in where every room had its own individual wifi connection - super strong. Had everything I needed for a week's stay for work, including a nice breakfast buffet with a good mix of Asian and European options. Good enough gym, and the walk to the main road wasn't too far

Everything looks fine, but my first impression was that it looks better than it feels in terms of quality. But all still super comfortable, and nothing to complain about - particularly with such lovely staff.

Wifi, Smart TV and service from bar and restaurant staff. These stood out very well to me.

Men staff at Concierge are not welcoming.
