Probably the best experience I've had at any hotel in TLV! Team - absolutely AMAZING - so friendly, so helpful! and always with a smile :) Location - right in the heart of TLV! Facilities - of the highest quality and very comfortable with excellent room service and all the amenities you might need for a long or short-term stay. Sweets, marshmellows and gummy jars - just another added benefit scattered around the lobby to brighten up your day :) Breakfast - 'Cucu Cafe' just downstairs is excellent and the staff is absolutely exceptional! Thanks Cucu Team for everything - you are amazing! :)

We have been to the Cucu hotel for one week, lovely days… We could never imagine such a quality Of Space, amenities, perfect locations and Plus the staff! Lovely guys open to give any information may be needed. Special Thanks to Nico & Arie, They helped a lot! Cucu will be Always our hotel on our return to Tel Aviv.

The location is excellent, we reached everywhere by walking up to 15 minutes. Everything was very clean and comfortable. At the entrance there is a coffee machine and lots of gummies. When we checked into the room we also received a bottle of wine and chocolate which was very tasty and contributed to the atmosphere. The staff is really nice, understanding and tolerant. The breakfast was very tasty, I recommend going to the restaurant without a reservation at the hotel. All in all an excellent and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend

I like the location of the hotel, which is really in the center of Tel Aviv and close to everywhere you need to go. We don't mind the happy and positive noise from the street at night. That's exactly why we chose this location. There is no parking in the city center, so don't need to even think about it. We parked somewhere faraway and walked to the location, which is quite convenient. We booked the balcony room. Unfortunately, the balcony facing Dizengoff Center ran out. So we took the small balcony on the side. There is no view but the vibe is there. We got complimentary chocolates, wine, and water. It was very nice experience in general. We'll come again.

Location Location Location!! The breakfast is excellent! Although the room was not spacy - it had everything we needed - closet, refrigerator, bathing robes Welcoming bottle of wine was very nice.

The room is quite small, the bed pretty much occupies the whole room. The was a balcony, however is was narrow and faced the backyard. The concrete floor wasn't that pleasant, but with slippers provided by the hotel it felt OK The balcony door was not proofing, so we had 2 huge butterflies entered the room at the morning The parking arrangement - it was claimed that the hotel provides discount for parking fee, however we have discovered that this arrangement is no longer valid. The room was not soundproof, we heard noises and knocking on the doors during the night

Great location. The rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. The staff was really nice and when we ran into a bit of a problem, a quick call to the manager by the receptionist and it was solved within minutes and we were more than satisfied. The breakfast is at a cafe right under the hotel, amazing staff at the cafe, amazing drinks and food and it's fun to experience the Tel-Avivian vibe ehile eating breakfast at a cafe instead of a regular hotel dining room. The rooms are exactly the same as in the pictures!

The room was absolutely beautiful. Huge bed, nice terrace and of course- a perfect bath!! The hotel’s decoration is very cool, and you can see the attention to details. The staff were great, and the breakfast at the coffee place next door was delicious.

The noise cancellation isn’t great, thin windows. Also the room could use more curtains or shades. But nothing too serious that would bother me to rate this hotel 10/10!!

I loved the playful design of the hotel, the breakfast at the cucu cafe was amazing, one of the best shakshukas I had. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is in a great location, close to everything. I really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee bar that you could grab a coffee any time. I also loved the staff everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were a bit in the smaller size it was perfect for one person but for two could had been a bit uncomfortable. Even though there were soundproof windows and you couldn’t hear the noise outside you could hear the noise of the other rooms.

This is our second time here. A small boutique hotel in a prime location right on Dizingof Square. Attentive stuff, clean, comfy bed, and a great breakfast at the Cucu cafe downstairs.

The TV didn't work due to some rather provisional cables behind it. This was quickly fixed by the stuff. It would also be great to have curtains wider than the windows in our room to really block the sunlight in the morning while avoiding the need to unsuccessfully adjust their optimal location
