Spacious, bright, great style, in the center of the city, many places to eat right around the corner, Beach 10 min away! The house itself is very clean, my whole family fell in love with this place! We came 5 of us

Location, very helpful (!!!) and friendly staff, put extra bed, blankets, clean towels, comfortable facilities, good size of rooms

It’s very loud location, you hear everything from the street: bus, garbage truck at 5:40 a.m, neighbors talk, road construction. Literally I had to buy earplugs to sleep at night

I liked that it was super clean when we arrived and we were also able to do an early check-in because the staff was so accommodating. They also brought us new towels when we asked for a change.

There wasn’t any breakfast offered nevertheless the apartment was a stone’s throw away from coffee shops/restaurants so there’s tons of options!

Location was exceptional. Enough space for the whole family (2 adults and 4 children (14,8,6,5)). HVAC works very well especially with the heat of the summer.

Need more utensils and kitchen supplies. I had to buy a corkscrew and bottle opener (left it there for the next family). Communal washer dryer was located outside of the property (easy to drop your freshly cleaned clothing on the dirty floor). The dryer does not work, spoke to staff who said they looked into it but after that I tried it again and still did not work. I ended up walking 10 min to a self-serve laundromat.

Neri met us and provided us with information. He answered a few questions, and we got settled quickly. A few random things came up, and Neri took care of them. Honestly, we would have been fine checking in since Neri had already provided door codes, but it was nice to be welcomed. I appreciate that the tv had English language Netflix.

This is a very minor point: The kitchen was pretty bare...no salt, oil, etc. There is a grocery right downstairs, so it wasn't a problem, but just so future visitors are aware.

Everything: spacious apartment with two bedrooms (we only used one bedroom), fully equipped kitchen with good seating area, fully working (and quiet) air cons, central location close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and within walking distance to the beach. The communication was done via a personal page with prompt responses and flexibility with check-out time (thank you!)

The location is exceptional! Rooms are big and comfortable- perfect for family. Very nice and spacious bathroom. The staff is highly available and super helpful.

The only thing that matters for me is that sound insulation in the living room is not sufficient, so it’s quite noisy (neighbours, street and etc)

Location was amazing. Seconds to the Dizengoff circle, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Apartment could have been cleaner. No cleaning offered despite a seven day stay. No oven in kitchen and washing machine and dryer were downstairs. Furniture was as in pictures but everything seems a little tired.

The towels had yellow stains, the room smelled of mildew, the shower had hairs on the wall, the shower faucet was full of rust. The couch that was in the room was very dusty with stains, the mattress of the bed was a mattress that was probably broken and every movement made a terrible noise.

Luckily I brought towels from home, so I used them, the level of cleanliness was very low. I asked to advance the entry time but no one answered.

The location is excellent, near the shops, restaurant, not too far from the beach and the famous souk. The property has almost everything you need.

The bathroom room has slight traces of damp and the bedroom was a little bit dusty, the cloth sofa is dirty, needed to clean or replace it with new leather sofa. The rooms were noisy from the traffic and people talking outside and the neighbour may have party until early hours and created significant noise.
