I used to stay here all the time when I had guests at my home on Lyall street. Used to be known as the “Belgravia Shafts” 6yrs ago or something like that they’ve done a great job on bringing the hearty vibe of belgravia to the hotel yet keeping it low-key and intimate. See you all soon! 💛

This is our second stay at the Hari We love the location as it is central to so many different places but very secluded and quiet. A ten minute walk in two directions to the tube at either Knightsbridge or Sloane Square. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff outstanding along with the wonderful food.

The only things we could comment on would be the bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, just very slowly. we also remember this from our last stay and the toilet flush in our room needed to be held until flushed properly as it would stop as soon as the button was released. Not really a complaint though.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was clean, house keeping is doing their job in good way , the concierge guy( cristian) was so friendly and helpful

I have issue with the hotel regarding my order from outside restaurant , my order is delivered to reception and it was under my name but unfortunately no one give me a call from reception or even deliver it to my room , so I payed for that and I didn’t receive my food moreover they are acting like it’s not our fault and they didn’t offer me any solution or refund , they have to deal with this thing and act like 5 star hotel but unfortunately they didn’t

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hari Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Not only is the hotel beautifully maintained and well-appointed, but the staff's attentiveness and care truly set it apart. During my stay, I accidentally misplaced my red fur leather gloves, and the team at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. They promptly located my gloves and delivered them directly to my room. Their efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. This level of service, combined with the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and luxurious accommodations, made my visit truly unforgettable. Super helpful staffs! Unbelievable. From the minute we were greeted by Ms Clara at Reception Desk, I knew that we will be pampered with great service and hospitality. To be honest I have never heard Tje Hari London before. Almost always stayed in Mayfair hotels. However Mayfair area became too noisy with new construction and traffic. So tried something new at Belgravia area. So glad made the choice! Absolutely The Hari and its peaceful surroundings. Thank you Ms Clara and all The Hari staffs in making oir short London vacation a memorable one!

A personal suggestion perhaps the shower room can be fully covered up. No much of a problem if we stay with our spouse or partner, but if we stay with sibling or friend, then it could be ackward. Thank you.

Modern and clean, location was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room service was very sweet, making the bed very comfy. The chocolates they gave us by the bed stand were really delicious too.

Noisy roads, shower water pressure was weak, was quite cold in the room.

Location and wonderful staff. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The turn down service was excellent, with little touches like the aromatherapy oil gifts and chocolates by the bed. I dined in the restaurant on the last evening of my 4 night stay, and would definitely recommend, as the food was superb. Look forward to my return.

I struggled a little with the wifi and streaming to the TV to play music.

I love everything about the hotel. Our room is a good size with an enormous window looking out at a park and with a window seat and windows that open a little. There are lots of seating areas and a gorgeous garden patio and the staff are excellent with very fast service in all areas particularly housekeeping.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The Guest Relations team went the extra mile and provided a complimentary amenity for my mother's birthday. The doormen were fantastic at arranging taxis and umbrellas in the wet weather. The room was very comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent.

The breakfast staff were a bit slow and there were no bowls available for the fruit and yoghurts, although they were brought quickly once requested.

The hotel was in walking distance from the tube station and all the staff were extremely helpful. We got given a free upgrade due to a special occasion and we were made to feel incredibly special throughout our visit. Room service was really quick and the food absolutely divine! The house keeping staff even prepared the room for bedtime when we got back from our event by placing the slippers out and mats by the bed, as well as the complimentary bath oil and salts! Amazing eco friendly products!
