Let’s start with the amazing staff in the reception they were the first to meet and last to see before leaving. They are friendly helpful and respectful they give the best image for the hotel and was the biggest reason of our nice experience in the hotel. Location, interior design of rooms ✅
The smell: there was a smell of cooking or onion that we smelled it in the room. We thought it’s from outside but we smelled it again next to the elevator in ground floor I don’t know if it’s the kitchen or what. The smell of the cleaning stuff in the room after cleaning the room is somehow strong. Bathroom: the flush should be much better. It would be nice to put my stuff on a shelf in the shower since I use my own soap and shampoo. Towels doesn’t smell the best It would be nice for a place to refill water or sparkling water The design of the corridors going to the rooms could be better and also the elevator. I unique small or scents for the hotel could be a nice idea for people to remember

The design is spectacular, the atmosphere is extraordinary and the staff was kind and nice. The location was great and the breakfast was delicious and varied, the rooms were decorated to a high standard and very well equipped, I wish I could give a score of 10
In the hotel, and especially in the room we were in, number 107, there was a horrible smell, a combination of strong cleaning agents with the smell of sewage, as strange as it is especially in the area of the bed and the head of the bed. The staff tried to help and even offered to change to other rooms on the first floor but it didn't help. The smell of the soaps in the shower were also strange. It could be that their choice of detergents is not good. Pretty sure that in the rooms on the higher floors the smell is less noticeable. I would have given a 10 but the smell issue ruined the experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chapter Roma! The location was perfect walking distance to key attractions in the day time (we walked everywhere) and about 10 mins over to Trastevere for dinner in the evening. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t have done more for us. The room was gorgeous (we luckily had a corner room and loved the additional light in the bedroom and bathroom) and the bed was so comfortable (we both slept extremely well each night). The products in the bathroom were a nice touch and the shower was one of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. We couldn’t rave about this hotel more and will 100% be recommending it to friends and family (and returning ourselves)! Thank you Chapter Roma!
Nothing! It was perfect.

The Chapter Rome is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience that redefines the meaning of exceptional hospitality. From the moment you step through its doors, you are embraced by an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and unapologetically bold. Every detail at The Chapter feels carefully curated to inspire and elevate. The stylish interiors, blending contemporary design with authentic Roman charm, create a space where you can truly unwind and reconnect with yourself. But what truly sets The Chapter apart is the feeling it evokes—a sense that you are not just another guest, but someone truly special. Whether it’s the attentive service, the intimate atmosphere, or the thoughtful details in every corner, this is a place where you rediscover not just a city, but a part of yourself. The Chapter Rome invites you to not only stay, but to experience, explore, and feel exceptional. It’s more than a destination; it’s a moment of self-discovery in the heart of one of the world’s most captivating cities.

Location was excellent - in the heart of the Jewish ghetto but very close walking distance to Trastevere, Campo di Fiori and the Pantheon. The buffet breakfast was exceptional - in comparison to other hotels that i've stayed at in Italy, this exceeded my expectations and was great value for money - including beautiful freshly baked cakes, great coffee, eggs made to order and even breakfast mimosas! Bed were comfortable, although a little firm the pillows were nice and fluffy. Special mention to the walk-in (huge!) waterfall shower - again, in comparison to other hotels in Italy - this was a real standout! The rooms were clean, tidy and complete with a mini bar and great a/c. I would definitely stay again, and would also recommend the hotel to friends / family visiting Rome.
I had some issues with my TV, so chose not to use it for the duration of my stay. Hotel staff were very apologetic and said they would have it repaired before the next guest.

The staff was also, amazing so polite and friendly, from the concierge to the cleaning crew. The best thing was definitely the shower, it's the thing I care about the most in a hotel, and the shower was stunning, big, and amazing in terms of both pressure and temperature, truly the best one I had in any hotel around the world. The location in my opinion is the best in rome, close to both the historical centre for site seeing and to Trastevere to go out. The room itself was clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend and stay again!
I liked everything, but the only improvement I could think of is adding a coffee machine to the room

The location in the Regola neighbordhood was great, accessible on foot or public transportation. The hotel offered modern touches and creature comforts like top tier air conditioning in a historical city (in peak heat). The cafe and rooftop mexican resto-bar were excellent options/additions.
The in-room internet was especially speedy but only accessible by QR code. For those who need to get work a video call or two in, it would be great to have a password -- that said, the general hotel internet is works well enough throughout the hotel and fastest in the main lounge on the ground floor. The neighborhood and hotel with round the clock front desk and security guard felt VERY safe, but I might recommend an additional lock latch or chain for solo travelers to feel even safer.

It’s hotel in type of Bikini Berlin or Standard in NY. So industrial interiors, good playlist in common area. The lighting in the room is good ( despite of opinions), bathroom is ok but shower misses the hand shower head. We also missed coffe or even a kettle in the room. The smell everyone write about is from AC not from bathroom. Very good breakfast served on coffe tables, but you can have tables in coffe place area. Location is quite if you are in partcular room
The stuff is great, working out great with All disadantages of the hotel: which is noise. Please mind it’s a center of Rome: traffic Can be heard everywhere, and in old buildings walls are super thin. We were traveling with a kid, so we needed quite room: we got top floor, so it was isulated from street noise. BUT it was directly under speaker of the roof top bar opened till 1am. BUT lucky us, stuff turned the music down when asked. Thank you.

Amazing staff and room, full stop. Everyone who was working over the days we were at Chapter Roma were simply fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond - we had thoughtful, genuine conversations and were given great recommendations. We want to highlight Sofia specifically, she was amazing. She truly cares about the hotel, the staff, the history and especially the guests. She made our experience feel like home while we were away. Thanks to everyone for an incredible stay in Rome.
