This hotel was a real surprise, fantastic location within the old town restricted area to traffic, less than 5 minute walk to the Cathedral which is spectacular. The hotel has the most amazing Tapas bar just outside its doors and the food is superb. Lovely area to stroll around, way exceeded our expectations, what a lovely place. We were upgraded to a Duplex room so had a large lounge area and a large bedroom with lovely bathroom. All very spacious and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel are very, very friendly and helpful. The parking is the best as its below the hotel and then just a lift up to the rooms and reception. We really enjoyed our stay and will return one day.

parking available underground right under the hotel (fee 20 € per night), just some information for the car users: we got spot at -2 level, it was really challenging to get in and out, extremely narrow and steep corners, many slopes, narrow spots - with 4.5 m long car

Palacio de los Blasones is located on the St. James Way and a very short walking distance to the Burgos Cathedral. It is surrounded by cute cafes and only a few blocks from the main shopping area. It is a convenient location to see all the major sights in Burgos. The rooms are clean and quiet at night and the staff is exceptionally nice. The breakfast spread was varied and plentiful. Great place to stay!

The location was super . Literally a few hundred yards from the Cathedral . Set in a tiny street which we had to drive along to get to the underground car park . Neither the drive nor the street are for the faint hearted. And the car park CANNOT facilitate anything above a smallish car . We drive a mini clubman and it was TIGHT . Very attractive hotel . Simple rooms . But be warned , rooms looking out on to the street a very noisy at night . We visited the museum of evolution which was really interesting and well set out .

Just the street noise . Breakfast was minimal but ok . A great little cantina outside the doors to the hotel served lovely fresh tapas .

Location was good with easy underground parking on site. The room had a lounge and fridge.

The pictures show a colourful welcoming blend. The room was actually full and bland. The room had no kettle and none to offer. First room in travelling 2 months there I couldn’t sit and have a cup of tea in the morning, that’s basic It was very hard to find as the hotel sign was pointing at an empty building

Arrived a little early but the staff were extremely helpful with parking and access to our room. Room was superb, spacious and comfortable. Close to everything we needed for a great visit. Not our first stay but as good as our last stay.

No rubbish bin in the room. The parking was extremely tight to get into and out of but the spaces were well laid out.

this is our second stay at Palacio des Blasones .. the location is incredible - though the drive through the pedestrian streets is initially a bit scary . it’s so worth it . Don’t be daunted - you are going the right way ! there’s the mist amazing restaurant outside the front door called la Cantina where the wines by the glass are superb and the tapas flavours are superb . and , you are alongside the Cathedral . staff are lovely too.

We like how big the room was, how clean it was also! As it was the fiestas del Burgos, they placed us as far from the noise as possible. Also my fiancé needed an empty bottle to use for his rowing race and thy went out of their way to find him one which was nice :)

I think for a 4 star hotel it should have better extra offers such as dressing gowns and slippers in the room, moisturiser as well. I've stayed at 4 star hotels in the world and they always include these extras.

The hotel is located in the very heart of the old town and you’ll get permission to drive through pedestrian area to the hotel. The hotel has got a tiny parking space which you can’t reserve in advance but we were lucky to have been able to park our car. The rooms in this former palace are very comfortable, clean and modern.

Location, location, location, that’s was you are paying for. Near everything. For us it was very important to have a parking, and this hotel has one on premises. Also the staff, very attentive. Breakfast was good, different options to choose.

The rooms are very outdated, needs an update. Also, the rooms looked clean, but it needed a little bit more attention, I am very allergic and was sneezing all the time inside the room.
