The hotel is easy to get to off of the interstate which was great. Its right across the street from the University of Louisville Stadium; there was a game going on, but we arrived at the right time, and it was easy to get into the parking lot, even though there was traffic. The staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room/bathroom was very clean, up to date, as well as the rest of the property. I usually never eat the free breakfast, but I decided too; it was good. There is a Kroger shopping center less than a mile away, with other stores and places to get food. I came to visit the Muhammad Ali Museum and grave site. The hotel is only around 4.5 miles away from there, so it was easy and quick to get there. I would stay there again when I go back to visit the Louisville Slugger Museum.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the beds are VERY firm; if you like that, then you'll be fine. If not, you might toss/turn a little. The pillows also flattened very easily; if that affects your sleep (like me), bring your own pillows.

Breakfast had amazing options, was fresh, and delicious. Fitness room was amazing! Wednesday night social hour (good food and beer) was a great unexpected bonus!

Two of the days we stayed the weather didn't allow for pool use. On the 3rd day, the weather was perfect but the pool was closed due to chemical imbalances. The lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to see if the bathroom door was closed.

The hotel was centrally located to the Mega Caves, KY Kingdom and restaurants. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and roomy, and the beds were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The full size refrigerator and a dishwasher were a plus.

The shower was very slippery. It felt unsafe. My mother broke her hip in a hotel shower because the shower was slippery. A bath mat would be helpful. The bathroom sink area needs a door for privacy. It is not a very good design. My husband and I were there with our two 15 yr old grand sons. A door in that area would have been very helpful.

This hotel is very very nice. We stayed as a family a 5, my husband and three kids and we had a wonderful time. I will say the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but was clean and warm. A very nice outdoor area right behind the pool and a sports court my kids loved to walk around on the fake grass. The breakfast was very good! The soaps and shampoos inside the hotel room were awesome too, usually hotel soaps leave my hair feel like it has some sort of residue but these weee very nice and made me feel very clean.

My only complaint is in the hotel rooms where the carpet met the hard tile floor if you stepped right there in certain spots you would get poked with something sharp. I’m thinking it had to be carpet staples but my kids and I both stepped on them a few times and it hurt. We ended up laying a towel over the high traffic area so it didn’t happen again.

Very clean hotel, right across the street from the football field. Kitchen is pretty big & has a large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove and dishwasher. We didn't utilize it but we would on another trip while we move our daughter in.

I think the breakfast could've been a little better for the hotel price, but I am pretty picky when it comes to food.

Close to the airport. Easy parking. Room was wonderful. Lots of space, kitchen area had everything we needed and more, bathroom area was well thought out and room was very clean. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel room. Very nicely decorated. Lots of thought touches to make our stay comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I like the access from the interstate, the staff was cool, nice and informational, breakfast was excellent, having kids with multiple options was a plus. Parking was adequate. Love the attraction and PLANES that flew right above you, bonus for my kids!!!!

people let their dogs out and use the bathroom anywhere. Dog feces was present, so your step had to be caution.

Great pool area with gas grills and music. They were short-staffed the first day we were there, but they went over and above anything we asked of them.

Not much to not like. They could possibly purchase more luggage carts, but otherwise there isn’t anything we could complain about.

Beautiful, brand new hotel right across from the Louisville football stadium. Clean, comfortable, a great breakfast, and a very reasonable price. Really enjoyed it

We were given the wrong room upon arrival. The staff were helpful and fixed this quickly, but we were told a reservation through booking.com “only guarantees you a room, not which room”. I found that a little odd. My 8 month pregnant wife and I intentionally reserved a King room so we could sleep together comfortably, and we had originally been given a suite with two doubles

The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities and outdoor pool were great! I accidentally booked the wrong date and the staff were amazing and accommodating to help switch the date, honoring the rate I got on booking.com. The location is perfect if you're going to an event at the convention center.

No restaurants anywhere close, but there were plenty within a short drive.
