Extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff (front desk, restaurant, courtesy van driver).

Repair crew not helpful. There was a spotlight from a neighboring building which shined into my room and prevented me from sleeping. So I lowered the "blackout" shade. That was fine except that it would not go back up in the morning. I complained both mornings that the "blackout" shade would NOT go back up. Each evening when I returned, the the shade was up again but stuck again when I lowered it. This was only problem.

Your evening/night staff rude. The young girl not sure her name because she never wore a name tag. She was so rude that myself and others had to let her know she was terrible. Even her coworker apologized over and over. She shouldn't work in customer service with that attitude. The day staff and our shuttle driver Bob was amazing. If I ever book again and arrive and she is working I would ask for a refund to go to another hotel that's how horrible she is and was. The beds were uncomfortable we all agreed on that.

Impressed very clean and soon as you walk in the 2 tv’s in the room are programmed with the person’s name that registered never seen that before very classy! Big room nice view comfy bed and pillows.

Well been to many hotels and motels your hotel very pricey but you expect also the basics in the bathroom like free hand soap bars that are wrapped ready to go? None available or the free mouthwash bottles usually supplies to the customer. Finally the shower very clean but again Shower Gel bottle empty to the first pump very disappointed glad I brought my own. Yes they say “oh you can ask it’s complimentary but we shouldn’t have to call for basic handsoap or a refill that is locked.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and when we had to move got us changed right away, no hassle The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out.

I would have appreciated and better array of pillow options. They were all the same type and much too soft for my liking, even with all 4 pilled up. There should be a fan in the bathrooms. We had to change rooms because of a leak in the bathroom above us in the first room

The front staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to downtown attractions and restaurants. This service was fantastic. They took us to our restaurant and back to the hotel and told us of places to shop after dinner. We called when we were ready to leave and they were there in minutes. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is a reason to stay at this hotel. We went to a show at the Palace Theatre and it is just around the corner. Breakfast the next day was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were in Louisville for a concert at the Palace so the location was perfect. Check in was easy. The room was great. Bed comfortable. Messaging on the TV's at check-in was a nice touch. Here's a big deal: I'm 66 and I could read the labels on the shampoo, body wash, etc., without having to put my glasses on. First non-Air BnB we've stayed in with that feature. 8UP was a lot of fun both on Friday and Saturday night. Probably spent $200 bucks up there.

Signage from the parking garage elevator to the Lobby could be better. We noticed other guests with the same look of bewilderment. Only one roll of TP...almost had to come down to the desk on Sunday AM before check-out but we made it. That's not great.

The location to the Louisville Palace is amazing. You’re only steps away. There’s some good food options within walking distance. The room and bathroom was clean.

they charged extra for breakfast and it wasn’t good, especially for the price. The parking garage is shady and parking is expensive, even self parking is $22.

Didn’t like that I paid extra for my room charge to include breakfast but was charge anyway- said they couldn’t reimburse due to booking on a 3rd party site- paid double using this booking.com site. Also valet service was lacking

We ate breakfast at 8up. Staff and food was fine.

There was no bread such as toast included in the $17 breakfast. We paid for a side of toast at $6.00 for 2 dry pieces of toast. No butter or jelly. A bit pricey for something that should be part of a meal.
