near mrt we can walk 5 minutes and bus have front of hotels. We have Eiffel view so beautiful. Good reception

the staff is ordinary, they are very pleasant as if you are at home, they get a clean 10 because at the end of the day they let us sleep and wait for the flight, they didn't wake us up, even if no one told them not to be there... The cleaner is also great because it monitors when you're in the room and when you're not, and when you leave it comes in and cleans, it's not like in other hotels that they break into rooms if you don't put a warning on the doorknob. Congratulations, the tower is 10 minutes away by foot, uber to the gate €15, great location! At the hotel you have a shop that works 24/7 and a supermarket, fast food next to the hotel..

The room, even small, it is very well optimized and verry clean. They are cleaning the room every day, even you are staying for 3 nights. The bed verry comfy and the breakfast good and wealthy (we only took it for one morning). The hotel is near 2 metro stations (Emile Zola & Commerce) and 20 - 25min by foot 'till the Eiffel Tower. The area is not the best one but is ok, a couple of restos around.

There are only 2 things that I didn't like but could deal with: the walls are thin and you can hear any slammed door. And the bathroom door it's as if it doesn't exist, it;s not closing full. So, you'll be verry intimate with the one you travel. :D

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and kind. The location is perfect as well you can reach any big sight of Paris within 20-30min max. which we enjoyed reaching by the metro or a walk through the cute streets. The hotel was exactly what we expected for the price range.

What really must be said is that the property is advertising with „breakfast included“ on booking. So when leaving we were really surprised that we had to pay all the three breakfasts we ate - while thinking we already payed for them - because for that (pretty expensive price) maybe we would have enjoyed „cuter“ breakfast spots in Paris or could have no breakfast at all to save money. Also the walls are pretty thin and one night we had the „pleasure“ to listen to our neighbours making love. But the windows are pretty sound proof so we could not hear the street when they were closed. For us in our early twenties, it was all in all a good experience and we could think about coming back!

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. Despite the small size of the room, it was incredibly charming and well-equipped with a kettle, tea, and coffee, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to my experience. Additionally, the convenience of the late-working reception desk was a great plus. Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal, being conveniently close to the Eiffel Tower.

In the hotel, there was an unusual elevator, and it broke down several times. It didn't bother us, but it might be a problem for some people.

The staff was very courteous. Check in was smooth. Room service came in every day to clean up. The room was very clean. The washroom had a hair dryer, towels, paper and soap. The room was not big but had enough space for a couple. The mattress was very comfortable. Hotel was near 3 metro lines and many bus lines. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Had many high rated cafes nearby for a quick bite/ full meal. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs made to order, delicious home made cakes, etc.

No iron or ironing table in the room. Could hear some noises from the room next to me. No Smart TV. Only local channels.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, beds are very comfy. We got a room with a view to Eifel. Even though we could see just about half, was still lovely.

I wish room would have better coffee or capsule machine. Plus mini fridge would add the value. Also, there is no iron in the room, you must request it at the reception. Unfortunately the iron was always at someone else's room so could not use it.

Kind of small rooms (at least bigger than other hotels) The room's door is definitely not soundproofed and you can hear everything from the hallway, even people walking normally. Breakfast can be improved, maybe every 2 days change or switch some things as you get bored eating the same thing every day.

Lovely clean hotel. Very central just 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. We had a lovely view of the tower from our room. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options. From dried fruit and nuts, to breakfast cereals, to salmon and not to mention the freshly baked breads and cakes. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Amelie at reception was so welcoming as was Haleema, the lady serving breakfast. Bathroom was lovely and clean

Rooms were very small. WiFi did not work at all! Had to pay city tax!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed made each day with fresh towels. 5min walk to the nearest station. Could get anywhere we needed to within 45mins.

We had the disabled room, even though noone was disabled. Because of this the shower situation wasn't ideal as it made the room soaking wet. The toilet was also high up, which is an odd thing to note but if I was disabled I'd have really struggled. The door was also a struggle to open. Again if you were disabled you'd have struggled more than we did.
