In a great location, this aparthotel is right beside a tram that will take you into the city center but the half an hour walk is also quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and would always greet us with a smile. Nearby you can find a supermarket to buy whatever you need to use in the well equipped kitchenette, you can grab a bite to eat at a fantastic indoor market nearby as well. There are some more traditional terraces nearby although they are sparse, otherwise you can find a good few bars along the docks.

We were here in July and the lack of air con was felt. The room does have two big windows and a fan but be warned it can get quite hot.

Great location. Tram about a five minute walk easy to get around Bordeaux and to go to outings which were or near our accommodation.

The loud band that played from Saturday afternoon until the early hours of Sunday morning😢the base of the music vibrated in our room🥴 Too close to an outside event area that during the day looks as though it is a walk through arty area. Saturday is quite different. Then when I tried to cat h up in sleep in the Sunday children okay in the art gardens and sleep was out of the question🥴

The location, near tram B and the Cite du Vin was outstanding -- as was the nearby Carrefour City. Secure parking was a bonus. The laundry facilities were excellent. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Staff was only present some times in the day and little things, like getting into the parking lot from the hotel, required staff help. Although the laundry faciities were super, it wasn;t possible to buy individual soap packets -- we had to buy far more than we needed at a nearby store.

Location when arriving by hire car (or take tram from airport) from airport doesn't look the best. You drive thru an area adjacent to docks, lots of unfinished buildings narrow roads ... The hotel has secured gate entry parking, 10 Euro, but in this city you won't need the car. Leave it in the compound. The hotel is spotless, room really large and fresh. No Aircon, just a fan and window, so maybe in spring or summer might be an issue, but in January or February no problem. Bed is incredibly comfortable, big and top quality mattress and bedding. Access from the hotel to downtown and everything you will want to see in Bordeaux, walk 3 mins to the tram line, get the B and 25 mins later you are in Bordeaux centre. TV has BBC1 if that helps. By the way the hotel is literally next to the huge modern wine museum, a spectacle on the cityscape. You could skip 11 Euro breakfast, eat at a cafe etc, but if you prefer no hassle in the morning breakfast is ok. Bordeaux is a very clean safe city, public transport to get around is a sinch and very efficient. Enjoy ...

It's just fine.

I liked the room ambience, very comfortable. The hotel is also very close to two Tram stops making commuting very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were a bit bigger than i expected, a pleasant surprise. The Internet is very good!

I would maybe have liked more options on the breakfast menu but the breakdown presented was still standard and very okay.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Throughout the hotel was clean. The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious, in comparison to other hotels. Parking was welcome, as most of the on street parking was taken. The location is excellent, close to the river and spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars. I would have to highly recommend the Halles Bacalan, which offers, many pop up food vendors, with food from around the world, and an amazing atmosphere...

Easily accessible for sight seeing around Bordeaux and environs. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

On our last night there was an extraordinarily loud drum and bass event on the site next to our room. Even windows closed and earplugs in didn’t block it out. Thankfully it finished at midnight, but no-one had warned us about it. This after discovering our keycards didn’t work one night after we returned from dinner. Reception closed and night auditor didn’t speak English. But we were able to sort it out eventually.

The apartment was super clean and cozy, it was bigger than I was expecting, it’s equipped with mini fridge and freezer and microwave which was important for us. We brought our dog with us, she’s medium size (around 18kg) and it was ok, just an additional tax of 10€. Also a really good point is the private parking (10€/night) as we were travelling and just staying over for a night, the location and the parking made it feel very safe.

Location near tram and Bacalan market and cite du vin. Rooms were cleaned and bedsheets and towels were provided. Staff very hospitable. Instruction very clear to collect keys even though we arrived outside reception opening hours.

As it is quite hot, need to open windows and run the fans. Pillows are really very uncomfortable. Some salt and sugar sachets can be kept in the kitchen. A bit if deep cleaning needed around the corners and under the beds.

Great location, in a walking distance to Cite du Vin and Les Halles Bacalan. Two tram stops either side of hotel ('Rue Achard' left as you walk out of the hotel and 'Cite du Vin' right as you walk out of the hotel) both on tram line B and will take you to city centre/old town (about 10-15min). Staff were friendly and helpful upon check in and check out, room was clean. It had some slight sewage smell once we walked first time into the room and was still felt after back from evening walk in town. It was gone next day though as running water was used (showers, flushing toilet, etc), this must have helped.
